So I've been to this location three times and all three times of going there I was dealt with like I was begging something from the store. There is this guy not too tall short brown hair and claims his name is Mike he was sooooo rude to me and my brother first time I went there he tried overlooking me to put another customer infront me and I was next in line I didn't take that too personal but I did take note of it because he saw I was standing there without assistance yet, I ordered 6 bags of salt and this guy had me standing in the store thinking they wud have brought it from the back he didn't inform me I need to drive to the back to collect the salt for the pool I was so mad cause this jerk watched me standing in the store for like 10 mins, I asked him where is the salt he walked off it was another worker who spoke with me intelligently and told me I wud need to drive to the back to get the salt. My brother came to the store to meet me (a different day)and had the same rude experience with this guy now we are assuming he's racist cause we both black and he's been a jerk to us both and he spoke to the other customers like a normal person. He acted like my brother was gonna steal something and he was the one cashing my brother anyways this assole cashed 6 salt for my brother and did not tell him he needed to go around back to get the salt we drove off from the store wen I remembered we need to go to the back to collect the salt and u have this guy that knows the instructions and does not communicate with the customer cause he Mayb the owners son i dont know if that's him but I'm assuming that's him. After driving off from the store we had to go back cause my brother was also complaining about his interaction with this guy, wen I went back I asked him his name he claim it's mike and has this smug king of assole smiles on his face, I started complaining to another employees about his behavior towards my brother and I this employee is gonna tell me alotttttt if customers complain about this specific employee and they do Ntn about him so I said I saw him talking to the white customers nicely is he racist he didn't answer he jus said I can call in and speak with the manager it was clear to me that this guy makes customer feel the way he made my brother and I feel. Wanna put in my third experience with him I need to leave another comment for this one, three times I've been at Leslie's pool and all three times this guy was a jerk to the black customer if he is the owners son sir u need to remove him from ur store he was extremely rude and if Mike isn't his name which I think it's not that's another thing is it ur policy for store employees to give ur customers the right name? I love Leslie's cause they have everything and never out of anything but I will not be going back there 3 times was enough chances to give I need to find a black owned pool store I don't have to assume anything. Very rude. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting while 2 associates helped one guest while completely ignoring us. No "hi hello", no apology, no "hang on guys, I'll be with you in just a bit." Not to mention that the blonde man with glasses is frequently condescending when we ask him questions as new hot tub owners. We ended up putting our items back and walking out since he wouldn't help us. He doesn't seem to care that he drives business away. read more

When I was in the store I asked the worker if he knew of anyone who opens and closes pools. He said yes, went into the back and came back with a card for c and c pool services. I made an appointment with the company. The man shows up and it was the worker from Leslie who gave me the card. He closes my pool using logs to hold down the cover. This year, he came to open the pool. He took the cover off and let all the leaves into the pool. He never hooked up the filter and the pool has been sitting with tons of leaves in it. He keeps saying he's coming back but never shows up. Leslie pool, you should not allow this man to operate his "business" from your establishment. read more

I went in there to get my water tested and as soon as I walked through the doors I was hit by a wave of hot air! The place needs air conditioning immediately! I was dripping in sweat after being in there for a few minutes. Seriously concerned about the well being of the staff due to these poor conditions. I am a new home owner that has a pool and hot tub. Having no experience with either I went to Leslie's for assistance. I spoke with the Store Manager Chris who was attentive. He helped explain options and chemicals to use. When I was still confused how to apply the chemicals correctly and timely Chris wrote them down for me. He was pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. Chris went a step farther and provided me with his Leslie's business card if I had any further questions. The store was clean and well stocked. I will continue to go to Leslie's for my pool and spa needs. read more

Well stocked shop, friendly staff, and overall good pricing. The main problem and thing that needs improvement is the lack of air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the store, and I felt concerned for the staff that is exposed to the high levels of heat for extended periods of time. If this is addressed, Leslie's is worthy of 5 stars and full recommendations to my other pool supply associates in need. read more

Beware of shopping there in this heat. The air conditioning has been not working the last 3 times I have shopped there in the past month. Shopped there yesterday and chemical fumes from the heat permeated the store with no circulation of air. Hazardous conditions for shoppers and employees. read more
