I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

She'll make sure you get squared away. Edit: We've had a few issues since our pool was installed; pool sloping, cement work, leaking, clean up, etc. However, based on other reviews these issues don't seem to be typical for them and they are working with us to try and make things right. The Company's front office, Mikaela, has reached out to us and will be working with us to make sure our concerns are addressed. I feel this shows they want to keep the customer happy, so I am bumping up the stars for now. We are scheduled to have someone come out and correct the cement work and sloping in December (we chose the date). I Will do a follow up review after these issues have been addressed.
