I would feel for her..but unfortunately she's entirely aware of this situation. 1st situation speaking with Nellie- we asked if she knew Arturo's issue and she immediately hung up. It wasn't until we got in contact with someone else that she admitted this was an ongoing issue and that she would help fix what her son had done. She then GHOSTED us. Do not work with Arturo directly. His work is not remotely up to code and he's never finished the work even months later. He has essentially run off with $30,000. The mother is apparently phenomenal to work with- but Arturo CANNOT be trusted. He falsely advertised that this was his company.

Within a week of Jose coming out they were fixed, and they work even better now than they ever did. Vanessa, their Chief Administrative Officer, communicated with me throughout the whole process whether it be via email, text or telephone, and was always available any time of the day. After the fire trenches were fixed, Lee their General Manager sent me pictures of the work and thanked me for choosing Z&Z and told me to contact them if I have any questions or concerns. Vanessa also followed up with me, followed by Jose. Z&Z pools went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if I have another project that they can do.

They are surprisingly honest, provide a fair price from the very beginning, really communicate with you, and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Confident Pools has been around a long time in this area. In fact, if you ask the veterans at Leslie's Pool they will recommend Confident Pools--I know they do because the Gulf Freeway Leslie's are the one's that recommended them to me seven years ago when I moved to this area. They spoke extremely highly of them, and I could tell they meant it. I dealt with two other pool companies before I found Confident Pools. The first pool company stained my pool walls black--permanently stained my pool walls black and then never again responded to any of my phone calls or emails. Nightmare. Confident pools came and acid washed my entire pool back to white to repair the damage. Good people at Confident Pools.

Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.
