I used them for over five years, every week, and cannot say enough good things about Celeste (owner) and every person from Confident Pools that ever came to my house. They are surprisingly honest, provide a fair price from the very beginning, really communicate with you, and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Confident Pools has been around a long time in this area. In fact, if you ask the veterans at Leslie's Pool they will recommend Confident Pools--I know they do because the Gulf Freeway Leslie's are the one's that recommended them to me seven years ago when I moved to this area. We recently had our swimming pool redone with Confident Pools. We had all tile, grout, and surface completely replaced. Scott, Terry, Gabby, and everyone who was involved in this endeavor COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!! Everything that we were told would happen, happened exactly as described. If you need pool service, repair, or replastering and beautifying, Confident Pools has customer service second to none. Celeste, Scott, and their team are pool experts. Celeste is unbelievable and completely hands on when tackling complex pool issues. Our pool is twenty years old and for the last ten years has been the centerpiece of our home for recreation and family gatherings. It developed an underground leak a few months ago which turned into a serious worry for my wife and I who are elderly and have had health issues among our many worries. I called Confident and Celeste knowing how knowledgable she is and she told me not to worry, she and her team would take care of it. They coordinated the resources needed for complex leak detection and repair and Scott worked with us to replaster the pool and beautify the pool decking. Their team of experts took care of us in a personal way that is unusual in today's world. Celeste repaired the 20 year old automated in pool cleaning system for which very few people have the knowledge to do. They also handled worrisome older people in the most professional and reassuring way. Their employees exhibit the same qualities as Celeste and Scott.
