I then assumed someone is not doing their actual job and vacuuming and cleaning for there truly is no reason for why this has persisted. I refuse to do it myself because I'm paying for this service. Also I checked the paper work and it's just checkmarks and scribbled in "ok". my guess is a new negligent lazy employee. Already went into the store in person at the beginning of July and gave it some time since to see if my pool was corrected, unfortunately it is not. We followed the advice on the internet, shocking it and waiting, but after two days it had only improved a bit. We went into Leslie's pool service looking for a pumice stone to scrub down the sides. Omar took one look at our pool pictures and said, "A pumice stone is not going to help." He recommended that we drain it and treat it directly with chlorinated bleach. He explained the whole process and cautioned against doing this during the day when the plaster might get too hot and crack. He didn't push products on us but instead was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We explained to him the problem with our previous pool service and he recommended some pool services that he knew were great. He added that this was the busy season and that if these guys were full, to call him back and he'd help. Well, we followed his advice and it worked! I got my sparkling pool back! While we were draining the pool, we found black algae was starting to grow on the floor of the pool. If we hadn't drained it, we probably wouldn't have been able to directly kill it the way it needed to go. The pool service he recommended came out a few days later and also did a terrific job taking care of us. I depend on the internet for a lot of things, but Leslie's Pool Supplies is where I will always go from now on. Thanks Omar!

Finally a technician determined that the tub frame was bent on delivery. They requested to take the hot tub for 10 days. I was concerned with a bent frame that the repair wouldn't be great, and it was hot tub season, but I agreed. They have had my hot tub now for 3 months and are not responding. We don't even have the hot tub anymore. This hot tub has been out of service for longer than we have had it usable. I would just like my money back at this point. Don't buy here

Update number 2 and it will be brief…read more After posting my first update (and, if we're being an honest, a public post on Facebook in which I tagged Valley Oasis and mentioned a potential lawsuit), I was contacted by Noah through Facebook Messenger, and my husband received a phone call. Noah came by, looked at the pool, and a couple months later all of the issues were fixed. The hole under the waterfall was patched, the Venturi nozzle was replaced, and the damage to the decking was repaired and the entire surface coated in a grey cool-decking type material. My water bill has been cut in half (amazing how much water can quietly leak from a pool). Why only three stars? Because it shouldn't have taken that long to get someone's attention. If you go with this company, keep on it and stand firm.
