Also I checked the paper work and it's just checkmarks and scribbled in "ok". my guess is a new negligent lazy employee. We followed the advice on the internet, shocking it and waiting, but after two days it had only improved a bit. We went into Leslie's pool service looking for a pumice stone to scrub down the sides. Omar took one look at our pool pictures and said, "A pumice stone is not going to help." He recommended that we drain it and treat it directly with chlorinated bleach. He explained the whole process and cautioned against doing this during the day when the plaster might get too hot and crack. He didn't push products on us but instead was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We explained to him the problem with our previous pool service and he recommended some pool services that he knew were great. He added that this was the busy season and that if these guys were full, to call him back and he'd help. Well, we followed his advice and it worked! I got my sparkling pool back! While we were draining the pool, we found black algae was starting to grow on the floor of the pool. If we hadn't drained it, we probably wouldn't have been able to directly kill it the way it needed to go. The pool service he recommended came out a few days later and also did a terrific job taking care of us. The second person came out a made repairs and since then we have called him out over the last 2 years, spending over $1000 of our own money to get it repaired. He said we have a "lemon" and suggested we list all the repairs we've had done and go meet with the manager. We did that. He said he had to send all our data to his "manager", and he'd get back to us. That was over 6 months ago and we've never heard a word. In the meantime we've had our repairman over 3 more times for leaks. We are so frustrated and don't know what else to do. Save yourself a lot of heartache and money by never having anything to d with Sunset Spas on Costco Drive in Marana. We wish we'd never walked into that store!

I immediately reached out to Noah and sent him photos he said he would send out his guys to replace those travertine tiles and nothing but crickets. I've been beyond patient. It's now been 2 years and they've been through two service managers and I resend them the photos they say they will get back to me to schedule their guy and I never hear from them. I am so disappointed in this experience. We have stayed with them for their very expensive weekly service because we are loyal people, but I'm beyond frustrated with our experience. I really feel like once the build was done they don't care. I've reached out to them so many times and nothing but crickets. This is not how you should treat people who have remained loyal to you and over paid on your weekly service. The last service guy that was here said that the reason why our pool was so dirty (so we paid an extra $15 for each vacuuming) is because half of our built-in cleaning system isn't working. Our regular service guy never alerted us of this and now we're having trouble with the entire cleaning system, and this pool is only 3 years old. I go here when I need a certain length of chain cut for my fence, or if I only need a few nuts and bolts for a project instead of a pre-packaged bag. I always get prompt, friendly and professional assistance here. One employee stands out, and that is the tall German assistant, Edgar. That man certainly knows his way around tools and other areas of DIY. While many prices are higher than at other larger hardware stores, the quality of product and service here can't be beat. Even the garden center has plants that are not over-fertilized so that when you take them home, they die from nitrogen withdrawal. Most plants I get from Ace survive and thrive.

I wasn't sure if he was joking or not. I mean, 1/64" of an inch off my initial rough measurement and I'm incorrect? Occam's razor is a foreign concept, I guess.
