Horrible service horrible work ! Sent workers on the weekend/Sunday to obviously do an "off the…read morerecord" job and destroyed my plaster ! Used all my husbands power tools, stole my buckets after they used them. Wiped their feet on my dogs turf. Went to lunch, came back drunk and yelled in my face about "safety, contracts & satisfaction". I stated that I didn't ask for decorative tile cutouts on the steps and they cut out 2"x2" diamonds and placed them in the center of the stairs with a cut out turtle. And then yelled at me that it was ART!! I didn't ask for art. I asked for a clean, modern pool! But of course it was advised to the 7th guy I talked to prior to him! These people should not be doing business AT ALL!!!! The whole 10mins Of yelling from this guy who was trying to fight my husband and I was recorded on my security footage !!! My 2 children were my home at the time & witnessed the whole thing!

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. Dispatch was also very nice and helpful. Taking time to listen to my concerns before scheduling the appointment Thank you very much. I will definitely request for American Home shield to use you again for our future pool needs covered under warranty.

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! Thanks to this Tucson Family-Owned Business for putting my mind at ease at point-of-sale and without pressure of making a purchase.  This location also does repairs on their units as they get older and need Maintenace, and no need for searching for a repair person.  Solid!  Our unit works Wonderfully and is used almost every day and looks Great on our Patio without taking a lot of room.  It's Perfect and the Cover Bracket is the BEST Ever compared to our last unit!  WooHoo! Absolutely disgusting experience with Ashlynd at Pools By Design AZ…read more I had to delay my pool project and financing for a year because I was battling cancer. Instead of showing an ounce of compassion, decency, or professionalism, Ashlynd chose to be rude, condescending, and outright demeaning. She talked down to me, belittled me over the communication gap, and made it very clear she wanted me to feel small over my financial timing. Let that sink in: I was considering paying this company $80,000, and this is how I was treated. It was arrogant, cruel, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be chastised or made to feel "less than," especially while dealing with a life-altering medical crisis. That interaction told me everything I needed to know about this company. I took my business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same. If this is how Pools By Design AZ treats people before they even get your money, I can only imagine how bad things get after.
