Within a year of painting/caulking/patch & crack repair on our stucco house, we have extensive cracking again. Ray told us the combination of elastomeric and paint would prevent the majority of cracks. Nope. Tried to get Ray to take care of the problem and he blamed the paint, said he'd contact the manufacturer about the problem, and get it taken care of. Didn't happen. Now he just ghosts us. I now understand why a general contractor in the area also dropped him as a painter. Whatever his problem is, its interfering with business. I strongly recommend NOT USING Ganey Painting

We purchased a new home from RL Workman in Benson, AZ, in early 2022. There were many problems with…read moreworkmanship in the interior, including areas where they painted over dust, drywall finishing issues, paint smears on the floors, cracked or damaged woodwork, cracked/missing grout, etc.; we've purchased new homes before and this didn't feel like one. To their credit, RL Workman has been responsive in patching many of these issues, though it still doesn't look like a new house since that would require modeling rather than patching. For other issues, they've been very obstinate, as if they hoped to wear us down rather than doing the right thing. Over the course of living in the house for six months, we've come to realize that the design is not great: the laundry room is tiny, but there's a pointlessly wide hallway on the other side of the wall; the door from the garage opens into the laundry room, which makes 1/4 of the room unusable; the A/C is right next to one bedroom window making it impossible to sleep there; outlets and wall switches aren't conveniently placed (in some cases, we can't hang artwork because there's a switch in the middle of a wall!); the shower stall in the master bedroom is beyond low-end; there's nothing dividing the master suite into sections, so the bathroom and sleeping area are just one big room; the door to the master bedroom is in the middle of the dining room; the outside lighting fixtures create unnecessary glare and light pollution, ruining the feel of the neighborhood.

This review is for desert horizon construction…read more I paid almost $ 8000 for a 10x12 concrete foundation, plumbing basic and to construct a shed. Fabien said he could start April 7 there was confusion because we talked about an additional job that requires permits. When I asked why he hadn't started he said he thought we were waiting on permits. I explained the small shed did not require permits and I had made it clear I wanted it done ASAP. he stated he just got a bigger job and it would be a least a week score he could start. Let's start with the foundation. He sent pictures showing it was really rough with random holes When I advised this did not look professional he stated it looked good he didn't see anything in the pictures but would go to the site the next day. He called the next day and agreed it wasn't up to his standards his subcontractor was teaching someone how to do it and offered to correct the issue and even offered to epoxy it once cured. Then he built the shed. There are gaps where the shed doesn't meet the foundation and missing screws throughout. According to Fabien that's the manufacturer fault he followed the instructions. When he came out to address our complaint he talked over us and blamed everyone but his crew or himself. He brought his wife for protection who started filming us on our private property which in AZ is illegal without our consent. After it was clear there would be no satisfactory resolution we told them to leave and terminated the contract. If you want a mediocre job for a lot of money go ahead and hire them.
