Suggesting that less than professionals performed electrical, roofing and plumbing as well as indicating that the electrical was not up to standard. The follow up to satisfy the real estate agent and buyer was to have the very professionals who conducted the work as well as the local power company construction supervisor certify the work. Beyond the expense, several of these professionals were irritated and embarrassed by the suggestions and assertions made by the Home Sweet Home Inspections ICBO certified inspector. I would not recommend Home Sweet Home Inspections.

The most frustrating part is that I reached out to Reimagine Roofing about a month ago. Caden went out and looked at the roof and said that the roof was fine. Now fast forward, and I had another vendor go out to resolve the drywall and he found the displaced shingles ON THE ROOF THAT CADEN JUST LOOKED AT. Would save your time and go with a different company unless you want to be put off when your roof has issues down the line.

It happens, however, one would hope that quality would be paramount for that price. Instead, it seems the outdoor roof was an afterthought. They did not secure the nails on the underside, so the high winds that went through the area ripped the roof off easily in Jan 26. I called them initially January 16, 2026. Spoke to "Nique". Nothing came of it. Called again Jan 28, same drill. I called again in Feb. and again in March. "Ricco" advised me that they were swamped, and "April" would return my call. When she could. So they were very quick to do the work and get paid, more than estimated by 20%, but completely incapable of dealing with the bad workmanship that they provided. Also, they really weren't interested in the fact that the monsoon came and went, and my outside kitchen was exposed all this time, and now is exposed to the relentless sun. Patrick, who sold me this deal, is long gone, and the people now seemingly couldn't care less. They are "swamped". Bad business. The work still is not only not done, but not scheduled. Customer service is simply not in their wheelhouse.

I was still under warranty so I called. The guy on the phone looked up the address and said yes, I was still under warranty. I asked if he could deal with my real estate agent since I was not in Tucson anymore and it didn't seem to be a problem. However, now that I about to close on the house, my agent called them back to get status and the 1by1 guy swore at him and hung up. So, I called them myself and they guy said that they need the warranty papers and receipt since they do not have me in their system now due to a system changeover. That seems shady. When I told him that he said I was in there last time I called a couple weeks ago he said that he was just looking at the stuff my agent sent but my agent didn't even know about them the first time I called. So, I feel I have been lied to and my agent treated like garbage. I guess I will file a ROC report on them since they seem to want to get out of doing any warranty repair work. They did a nice job on the roof, I will give them that. Just don't expect anything down the road if problems arise during warranty.
