Do not consider using this company. I rarely write reviews, but I have been mistreated. A new roof was part of the purchase of my house, arranged by the seller. In hindsight, we should have agreed that I select the company. Every year since the install, wind would knock tiles off of my roof. Wildcats would come and replace them and the same ongoing issue until they informed me that I was out of warranty. I educated myself and had an inspection to discover the work was not done properly. Then months of phone calls and emails trying to get hold of someone until I gave up. I paid another company who are currently on my roof fixing what was done wrong (no drip edge. Insufficient nails/securing. Generally shoddy work). I am upset about the extra expense, but I wouldn't allow Wildcats near my house again if they paid me. I considered legal action, but would rather not further the inconvenience. Look elsewhere. Casitas Roofing LLC have been great. read more

Man do not use these guys what a run around. Came out for an estimate to replace 9 skylights that were damaged from hail. Never heard back from them after one week. Called the number and said that's his other business and then said he will send out estimate. Did not ask for name or address at first then I gave it to him. We used Sunshine industries and they were awesome and they are all installed. Cannot recommend because never got back. read more

We discovered some rot under the eves and an inspection showed that the builder had taken a few short cuts causing a small leak in the roof. It took years for that small leak to make itself known. With monsoon season quickly approaching, I called Rene who sent out his estimator who confirmed what needed to be done. We scheduled and Rene's team showed up on time, prepared, masked and got right to work. The team was professional and did a great job. Ill never use them again and will make sure none I know do. They ignored calls and emails requesting a quote. Then weeks later once they provided a quote, never responded to the follow up calls or emails to do the work. I had to repeated call them to get the process started. When the workers arrived, none knew what they were doing except pulling and replacing some hot mop patio top. I had to leave work and call the supervisor to ensure work went as agreed. The supervisor said they crew did know, which was exactly opposite what they crew told me them selves. The work itself was sloppily sealed and though painting was a line item on the contract, they refused to paint the facia boards and instead painted the hop mop roof, WHILE WET FROM STORMS. The last straw was sending the invoice before work was completed. Stay away from these guys. read more

I had a new roof put in 2014 by this company. I replaced my roof preventively never had a leak. The first rain after the roof was done I had a wet spot on my ceiling in the dining area. I called the company and they came out and repaired it. Mind you this was their error. After the repair was completed I still had a wet stain on my dining room ceiling. I asked if they could address this as it was a result of the job that was done. They sent someone out and they did a shotty job and the texture popcorn used was whiter than the ceiling. This leads me to todays email. With all the rain that we have had the wet spot has come back right where the white stain is from the shotty job done previously. I called the company and was told that I am out of my Warranty period and they will not fix it again. They can have someone come out and give me an estimate and I can pay someone to fix it. Why would I pay someone to come out when the job was not done correctly from the beginning. Very disappointing. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone I know. read more

Wildcats Roofing did an outstanding job replacing the shingles on our roof and recoating the flat section. It looks outstanding now! They went above and beyond and for a very reasonable price I thought. I've had roofs redone in the past and there was no comparison with Wildcat. They did a great job, were extremely polite and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. Rene helped us find a part for our chimney and the team installed it with no extra charge. I called for a small leak in my front room. 5 days later on tuesday a guy showed up . But have not got a call back on when coming back. This is my third try to get a roofer. I think small repair jobs are shunned by roof repair companies. Im sad :( read more

Rene's price was competitive compared to other bids I got. I couldn't afford to get a new roof at the time of the bid. Shortly after I got his bid, my roof started leaking. Rene came to look at my roof damage and give an estimate. Before I could say a word, he patched the roof...without charge. He said he knew I would call him once I could afford to replace my roof. And I did! Rene and his team installed a new roof on my house in March 2017. They showed up nice and early, cleaned up after they left each day, and completed my roof in the time window as promised. Had a very positive experience with this company. They gave me a quote within one week and once the work was assigned, they completed it pretty fast. I ended up putting the house on the market one month after the roof was replaced. The inspector had a couple of findings and I immediately contacted Wildcats. I was surprised on how fast the owner answered my email and fixed the findings. This is way after final payment had been made, by the way. Wildcats Roofing replaced our 30-year-old built-up roof a few weeks ago. Their bid of $8,000 covered tear-off, haul-away, installation of two-ply tar and gravel surface, new skylights, two coats of elastomeric paint and clean-up, plus 5-year warranty. It was the lowest of the 3-4 bids we got (house is about 2600 sf including garage and overhangs).There were a couple of small issues, one related to our HVAC and the other to rain, but owner/manager Rene resolved both promptly. He was very energetic, responsive and customer focused. And the guys who did the work were very pleasant and considerate. They left the job site clean at the end of each day. My roof was replaced the 17th of June by Wildcats Roofing in Tucson AZ. The roof is beautiful. Workmanship is fantastic. I had to have a new cooler also installed, and Master Coolers in Tucson said the roof was beautiful and it was an excellent roof. Rene has a crew that is like a machine. These guys worked in the 115 degree heat from 6am to 6 pm one day. Didn't cut corners on work, did't try to get done in a hurry to get home. They worked their fannies off and really cared about the job they were doing. I hadn't heard of Wildcats roofing. Called the big ones in Tucson, and then decided to go with Wild cats. Was skeptical at first,but shouldn't have been. I thought, from comments from other companies, that a lot of my facia, and other wood was going to have to be replaced. Rene checked it out and said the wood was good. He only replaced 3 little pieces at the edge of my patio roof.He is very honest. The only draw back is that if you call, once in a while ,it may take him a day or 2 to get back to you, but it is so worth it. you will be happy with the results. Thats what really counts.
