All was great until I noticed a problem with the sliding door not being square or plum. Contacted the company. The owner came out and acknowledged the door wasn't square, but only gave excuses. He promised he would correct the problem. After many calls and being put off again and again, then because of holidays and everyone being on vacation, they said they would readdress after the Christmas. Well it's now mid March and nothing. Every window and a sliding door replaced and that's the customer service I received after what should have been a small correctable issue. And their installation is supposed be a lifetime guarantee!!?? Also. Caulking on most the windows began separating within a few short months.

Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! Now we need to wait until 4/19/17 for a paint crew to come out and paint the wall, an installation team to come out later that week to install our plantation shutters again, which is inconvenient, but understandable...the frustration is that our replacement glass is on order, but no date can be given for an install.
