When I told the receptionist what happened and I needed them to come see how much it would cost me, she informed me that they don't do estimates. "How then," I asked, "do I know if I can afford it?" "I don't know, sir," was her reply. While my mouth was hanging open, she thanked me for calling, wished me a good day and hung up. I was shocked. Especially after recommending them to all our customers for so long. I wondered how many other people got this treatment. So, I called S&H Roofing (out of Tucson) and they had the estimate done the next day and the roof finished four days later. Artistic Roofing lost out on an easy $5,000.

Extremely expensive and questionable.... That's an issue. Example. Estimate to replace two ceiling fans. Replacement ONLY! I was given $750! Yes people that was the quote. I called two handymen "$50 per or $100 per; box stores between $150-200 per!" Do your due diligence and call around! Word of mouth is best. I sent back feedback to provide them insight to their outrageous pricing. Also of note. Who puts a "lien" statement in an estimate vs a warranty statement? Just found that curious as all get up.

I had already been up on the roof, but did not observe the damages found by both Kino Roofing as well as the Nationwide Insurance adjuster. Between the two professionals, they determined the date the storm that had done the damages was from a year and a half earlier. The insurance adjuster concurred and the roof was replaced. They did this in a timely manner. They also painted all trim from any overlapping of the white coat on the trim. Needless to say, that we'll use them again for all of our house repair needs.
