Our roof began to leak in last week's rain... so (obviously) I called Artistic Roofing. When I told the receptionist what happened and I needed them to come see how much it would cost me, she informed me that they don't do estimates. "How then," I asked, "do I know if I can afford it?" "I don't know, sir," was her reply. While my mouth was hanging open, she thanked me for calling, wished me a good day and hung up. I was shocked. Especially after recommending them to all our customers for so long. I wondered how many other people got this treatment. So, I called S&H Roofing (out of Tucson) and they had the estimate done the next day and the roof finished four days later. Artistic Roofing lost out on an easy $5,000.

They did this in a timely manner. They also painted all trim from any overlapping of the white coat on the trim. Needless to say, that we'll use them again for all of our house repair needs.
