Kenny came over the next day and did a thorough inspection, and quoted me an estimate...which I thought was very favorable. Based upon the projected rain schedule for Sierra Vista, they scheduled the repair team to come to my house at 0530 today (Thursday, 10 July)....and Bobby (Artistic Roofing team chief) showed up at exactly 0530, and started work. They were finished before noon, and they cleaned up the area and carried away all the damaged roofing materiel. I was very impressed with everyone in the company that I dealt with...Andreanna (the scheduler), Kenny (the manager/estimator), and Bobby and his team. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their roof repaired or replaced. They were very professional and they do quality work! Thanks guys! Respectfully, Rick S.

Our roof began to leak in last week's rain... so (obviously) I called Artistic Roofing. When I told the receptionist what happened and I needed them to come see how much it would cost me, she informed me that they don't do estimates. "How then," I asked, "do I know if I can afford it?" "I don't know, sir," was her reply. While my mouth was hanging open, she thanked me for calling, wished me a good day and hung up. I was shocked. Especially after recommending them to all our customers for so long. I wondered how many other people got this treatment. So, I called S&H Roofing (out of Tucson) and they had the estimate done the next day and the roof finished four days later. Artistic Roofing lost out on an easy $5,000.

Note: estimates were very vague. The "office" needs a reality check. I thoroughly believe in supporting local businesses however, when one shows estimates that are.... Extremely expensive and questionable.... That's an issue. Example. Estimate to replace two ceiling fans. Replacement ONLY! I was given $750! Yes people that was the quote. I called two handymen "$50 per or $100 per; box stores between $150-200 per!" Do your due diligence and call around! Word of mouth is best. I sent back feedback to provide them insight to their outrageous pricing. Also of note. Who puts a "lien" statement in an estimate vs a warranty statement? Just found that curious as all get up.

After 3 years, I gave up & asked another local contractor. It took a couple of weeks for him to even show up to look & tell me he'd get me a invoice...but I never heard back. When I heard about Landmark Metal Builders from a neighbor, I called, but expected to get similar service, frankly. He alerted me to some water damage from a clogged downspout & his estimate included those necessary repair. He also warned me that they were extremely busy with current jobs so it would be next spring before they could do the job. I figured that another 6 months was not a big deal! When Brian reached out a couple of weeks ago to say they had a delay on another project & could squeeze me in now, I was over the moon!
