We decided to remodel the pool in 2026 and went right back to California Pools & Landscape to complete the remodel. We found the company still had our original plans from 1999, which made the entire process so much easier. Designer, Erich Mack, was the first to respond and gave us a quote and recommendations. He was very professional and thorough. When we went to the design center, met with Erich, and he assisted us in choosing our pebble tec, tile for the pool remodel. He made excellent suggestions and turned out beautifully. Next, we met Stephen Dreher, who was our construction superintendent. Stephen worked with us every step of the way and and answered any and all questions and concerns we had. To put it simply, he was awesome. Our hardscape superintendents, Ron and Alan, also made excellent suggestions on how to landscape the perimeter of the pool. We want to thank them for their insight and expertise on their design ideas. We decided to go with flagstone all around the pool and spa. The landscape crew included brothers Rueben and Randy, and what an excellent installation they did with the flagstone. Amazing. Last but not least was our coordinator and scheduler, Leann. She worked with us every step of the way. Leann constantly kept us informed and updated as the process continued. We always knew what was happening and when. Overall, the entire experience with California Pool & Landscape was seamless, and efficient. Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. I interviewed several companies for our complete backyard remodel, and it was apparent from the beginning that Sean was the best. He came up with a creative design for our backyard that provided more privacy; an entertainment space with a bar, tv, fire pit; and an outdoor kitchen. He asks questions to understand what your needs are and how you envision yourself using your yard to come up with a 3-D rendering of your ideal space. Sean has an eye for design and thinks of the big picture and the small details. We had to wait several months for the crew to start, but in my mind that was a good sign that Envirogreen was well sought after. They were worth the wait! Envirogreen has their own crews, instead of a bunch of subcontractors. Their crew, led by Abraham, was punctual, reliable, and hardworking. They showed up 5-6 days a week and worked long days until our project was complete. This kind of work ethic and reliability is so rare these days. Sean communicated with us throughout the entire process and his insights allowed us to make some decisions to improve the original plan as needed (i.e.- installed one bigger propane tank to serve our smoker, grill, fire pit, and indoor stove instead of added another smaller one). They did an extensive front area remodel --4100 square feet of pavers for a circular drive, re-designed the front hill by removing 20 tons of dirt and old plants, added a river bed, replaced all the granite, installed new lighting and watering system, added new plants, built stone accent walls and the list goes on. Once you give Sean a deposit and you agree on the work, he gives you a firm start and end date. Taking into account weather delays, the schedule is right on target. Our project encountered one entire week of rain but the crew worked through it (6 days a week, 7-5) and finished the project within only a few extra days from the original end date. The crew was timely, professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. If we ever had questions or needed to reach Sean, we received a return call, text or email within minutes. Now, Mossman has "voided" my warranty because my pool service company fixed a float valve that Mossman changed 3 X and was still stuck open, running 24x7 and wasting water the whole time. My water bills were $800 a month as a result and we weren't even in the home to use water- so my pool service company fixed it on an emergency basis. They weasel out of warranty work- and you need a lot of warranty work with this company-at least that was my experience.Beware. In my opinion, I would never use or recommend them.

An employee told us it was due to the product being from china ( and we know what happens from thing from China)and it falls right off the pool. Many people in the valley have had this happen as we were told. This is a failure on Mossmans part. If the product is bad then they should stand by there commitment of ensuring customer service and customer satisfaction. All the pictures on there website are from very wealthy clients and im sure if this happened to them, Mossman would fix it. This is prejudice on there part. Even if they would just replace the product this would have been a 5 star review as to there customer service and standing by there clients. I gave it a 1 star because I had to. They did not deserve the 1 star. They didnt even call us back when they said they would. All they want to do is fight with us. This shotty work is a reflection of there Buisiness's ethics. There isn't any. This is a pretty big deal, and costly. As they used our pool as a model for new business, they in turn could have replaced our product and used some better adhesive at least. I am very disappointed. There are other choices out there, I should have chose differently. I hope you make the right decision
