Cost me $400 in materials and my own labor to fix the damage. Called Stephanie at Kuzan's to have someone come out to repair the damage Dennis did to my lawn. She told me she would check with him and call back. 6 weeks later no response so contacted the Better Business Bureau. Kuzan's responded that he didn't know he damaged our flower bed even though I showed him it and have pictures of all the damage he did to our property. RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can away from this sham company. They are ignorant too. Very arrogant when I ordered it and while I was in the middle of paying for the shed, which was over 2k, they took care of another customer who interrupted. I would build a shed with twigs before buying one from them. And the floor is already chipping and door doesn't close right.

Please consider this review before you purchase from here for a better deal on materials…read more We were new to the area, Lomax was local and prices seemed fair for materials. What they don't tell you until after you move forward with a quote is they tack on an additional $1,000 + for install which is separate from the labor that was already built into quote. (My price started at 9 and went to almost 11k for our project). They subcontract out someone who does the measurements, and someone separately for install (all of who are not aligned on project/ just pick up material given by store and look as a measurement sheet.) Day 1 of install: After telling the store of my updated address about 5 times while they updated on phone the installers were still sent to my old address 30 mins away. They "completed" our upstairs without transitions because store didn't supply to them at pick up. At the time they had some trim pieces to hold us over. They were unable to complete our family room because of an underlying issue with some of our plywood. Had they been the party there during measurements that would have been picked up on early on and not delayed the job. (By the way nobody spoke English that came to my house this day. I had to speak to their boss on phone anytime they wanted to talk to me.) Day 2 of install: A few weeks later we were excited for it to be done but when installers arrived I was informed that stairs couldn't be completed because store ordered wrong supplies! (Nobody from store ever called me). Family room was only room "completed" this day however a shitty piece of wood that didn't match the flooring. Claimed this was a miss by person who measured. Day 3 of install at my home: a separate company was back to install because previous installers refused my stair job....I wanted to keep our stair removed and put back on after stair treads were out in (this was always the plan). As the job was finishing I learned from installer that he didn't have the materials for the transitions or the top step. I have dogs and nails were literally exposed on my top step and that's how it was left. Day 4: 4 days later they were back to complete the job (4th day of them at my home for a job that could have been done in 1 day!). They showed up at 10am when I said I needed them to be done before 10am due to work conflict. They fixed the transition in my family room which was fine but I was left with mismatched transition pieces installed upstairs & the stair nose that did not match the adjacent piece of wood previous installers used on my floor. Had they had this piece when they installed flooring up stairs this wouldn't have happened. My husband and I are never using this company again. Never once did anybody apologize for anything or offer compensation for MULTIPLE inconveniences. Terrible business model with how they subcontract work out. Would have been better off with Lowes or Home Depot.

The second day we waited and waited and he did not show up until 11:00am, I called the office to see when they would be arriving and the office lady had no clue. When he finally arrived he said he over slept. The third day was a few months later and the same thing happened, he did not show up until 11:30 after I called the office and said they had to start on time! The installer told me that never told him to start early, but honestly you are a professional you start on time. I finally got to talk to the owner/manager and he was kind of helpful and said he would be talking to the installer about showing up late. The guy I met with to organize the design also stopped answering my messages. When the installer show up the measurements were not correct the third day and he had to go back and re-cut the boards, he left and did not show up until over TWO hours later! I had emailed the designer several days before the third install to say I was switching my hardware, he never responded and they showed up with the wrong hardware. I also asked the installer to put down plastic in the bedroom due to the rugs, they put one strip down and then in the closet with light rug he did not put anything down and continued to walk on the rug with his shoes that he was going back and forth from outside. The rug was a mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

Our designer, Jennifer Lewis, is fantastic. She is super consultative and very open to collaboration. She asks tons of questions and even measured things we wanted to store so that the shelves and drawers would accommodate everything. Very thorough! There were delays in fabricating some of the components of the wall unit (due to Covid), and the communication from their office wasn't great, but once the delays were resolved, the end result is beautiful. (I'm rating a four only because of the poor communication. The designer and the end result were both solid fives.) I would definitely use them again for any closet or organizational project. Especially Jennifer - she's excellent.
