I also highly recommend using their team for concrete and electrical needs as well. Additionally, Brad's team walks you through how to care for your spa on site - priceless! As far as the product is concerned, we couldn't be more impressed with the Optima Series 880. No chlorine is used so it leaves you with soft skin and no smell that requires you to have to go straight to the shower. Even without the chlorine our water is clear and clean. The steps and cover are amazing quality. We feel part of the Alcoe family now! Kyhl M

I stopped by this quaint shop to find hard wood floor cleaner & product to shine up the joint…read more Quickly I concluded I had arrived to the appropriate destination! They had a complete section dedicated to hard wood floors & I must not fib when I gravitated towards to the vintage pink tub of dance floor shine!! I digress, I purchased a spray & a floor wax. Prices were very reasonable & the lovely Lady who assisted me was precious, passionate & well versed in all products! They also have every varietal of cleaners, household & business sized to accommodate each specific need. You may wonder why it is lacking one star & I will say as a personal preference they could cutesy up the place to make it more homey & bring in more traffic! Aside from that, this place is fantastic for all domestic types or those who shine up other's abodes! Check it out & avoid the lines, parking issues etc... Love!

They were extremely professional, the price was reasonable (considerably less than the next closest estimate), and the work was flawless. Our enclosure was ready at the promised time and promptly and expertly installed. We could not be happier. Glass Guru of Lubbock exceeded our expectations!

Be advised if you are in need of a professional company with great service, I honestly and most…read moredefinitely recommend utilizing Glass Guru. First of all upon contacting the company you will be greeted by Clay or Wendy and they will listen to your concerns and needs without walking over you and trying just to sell you something you don't need. Second, they will send out a representative in a short and timely manner to give you a estimate and observe and explain what they can do for you. NOTE: During this process they will listen to all your questions and WIll NOT attempt to just make another dollar off of you. FYI- I attempted to gain three estimates by three different companies with Glass Guru being one of them. The other two showed me a very poor experience by one showing up and asking me what the dimensions were and did not in my mind look like they should be earning my business. The other company didn't call back as they stated or show up to give me a proper estimate. Clay, with Glass Guru arrived and tackled the scenario right away and took many measurements and showed me, and made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly what to do for the job at hand. I highly recommend this company to each of you that need services professionally completed either in your residence or businesses. Clay and Wendy, I want to say thank you very much and may God Bless you throughout your business and life's. Y'all truly are the best and I wish y'all all the success in the future. I will be utilizing you again for all my needs that may pop up at anytime in the future. You get a five star rating out of five in my mind.

She got it open quick, left no damage at all. We got what we needed out of my car but I didn't have my key and no way to turn off the alarm. She assisted us in disconnecting the battery when she noticed we were having issues. Then when we needed more help, she popped my door open again!! she was so quick and efficient with it, so kind, so knowledgeable, and clearly cares a lot about her costumers. Unlike most men when they come out to help, she did not mansplain anything. She quickly and efficiently explained what she was doing and just did It. I tipped her what I could and she was very appreciative. I hope that if I ever need to call PAL again I get her. She was awesome.

Of course, initially I called the toll free number to schedule our ABF order…read more But when the guys in Lubbock (which was the closest ABF service center to Hobbs, NM) called me the following week before our trailer would be dropped off, I was pleasantly surprised with their service. It's difficult enough packing your entire house into one semi trailer much less in just a few days for a transit of well over 1,000 miles (destination = Los Angeles, CA). This service center was very accommodating, though. They stated that they make drop-offs and pick-ups only on Tuesday and Thursday in Hobbs. So regardless of what the representative may tell you on the phone, they do not know clearly how all of the service centers operate. TIP: Call the service centers that you know will be handling your shipment as soon as posible to get all the details that you can about arrival and departure times. They cannot give you exact times, but estimates. I was very satisfied with my dealings with the Lubbock ABF service center. They did exactly what they promised. They also shared their suggestions with me about what to do when we arrived in L.A. (even though I had already read over this information via email and the ABF website). Total cost for using their services for the entire trip: $2,669 (11,200 lbs.). Compare that to the $10,000 ESTIMATE that I received from a full service moving company. I highly recommend ABF to anyone who is mindful of their budget. Review #75
