Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

We have plenty of cleaners, we needed this pool store! I was immediately greeted by the husband and wife franchise owners. I spoke for a moment with the wife about my needs and soon learned they have referrals for plaster work, pool maintenance/service workers and expert knowledge about pools in general. I was given a container to bring a sample in of my pool water to have it checked at no cost. I was delighted to have such a warm introduction to the store. Aside from the maintenance and chemical items, they also have fun floats, thermometers, outdoor clocks, towel holders and much much more. The store was exceptionally clean. I have always liked pool stores since was a kid. The smell brings back so many memories. Seems I was always in a pool store with my dad or my grandmother. We would go in for chemicals to treat our pools. Back in the mid 70's and early 80's, you did it yourself since having a "pool guy" was not as common as it is today. I'm very excited about how well the store is stocked. They pack a lot in this small space and I will be back to get some new floats soon. They carry my favorite brand of floats, SwimWays. Great customer service, pristine store, good prices and big selection. What more can you ask for in a pool supply place?

If I come to your house I will miss another appointment, someone from Leslie to call you back to reschedule another appointment" ... But noone called me back... I was mad ... ... My pool had algae really bad, and I called Leslie, they send another technician to come in 2 days later, his name is Michael ... He is nice guys, he helped us clean the water filler, but he needs to come back another day to replace the parts... When the parts arrived, we called Leslie to schedule another appointment, someone on the call told us within 24-48 hours Leslie will call us to schedule an appointment... but after waiting for 3 days, noone called, we called Leslie again, at this time they told us the same story... need to wait 24-48 hours to someone to call us back to schedule ... at this time ... I asked to talk to manager, my called was transferred to another one... the manager scheduled my appointment in 4 more days. And also, i requested to refund the service call, since 1st appointment they charged me fee to cleanse the water filler and service call. They support not to charge me service call since I paid for filter clean $104. Hopefully, I will get the refund $45 service call.
