In addition to this, Jay was extremely knowledgeable in pool vacuums and most especially on the Maytronics high-end M600 pool robot (I heavily researched for a while prior to purchasing this product), and as I asked him to explain the product to me and how it compares to others, he was on point giving me details on different products and their uses. I can tell you, Jay knew a lot about all of his products, not just Maytronics. Once done, Jay asked me what I was looking for in a a pool vacuum/robot and what was most important to me in a pool vacuum or robot and as I gave him my response, he highly recommended the M600 for what I was looking for in a pool floor and wall cleaner. Low and behold, I purchased the M600 and made sure the chemicals in my pool were IDEAL before putting it into my pool and I was able to get my M600 in the pool to work and it does exactly what it is supposed to do! Also, beware, in the middle of a seemingly great relationship, they may decide at one weeks notice to " change the service area" and stick you with a new pool company in your " area". Its a company they decided was good- without any notice or permission to give all your personal info, including phone number to. It was odd and awkward as a customer. These two situations, really sour what they present as a customer service focused company. I had a Hayward Aqua logic panel board replaced in 2018, unions for my salt cell earlier this summer and most recently my LED light replaced in the pool. I had to wait for the light to become available as my previous light was 11 years old and no longer manufactured. Each job was done perfectly. Samuel sends pictures of the diagnosis and then the repaired work upon completion which is excellent customer service in my opinion. They are my go to for pool repairs!
