There seemed to be many different groups of people that were experts in different areas but I never knew who to ask the right questions to. My husband was texting Ron a lot and he would always initiate most of our questions. We were not informed most times about what was happening and why things moved so slowly. The excavation guy was quick and friendly. Most of the trucks hauling out had a bit of communication issues which caused some friction between the main guy. Jesse dealt with our concrete and pavers and deck which was a problem- not nice communication. They put in the wrong color of sand in about half the paver area and Jesse insisted there was only one color?? They finally did the best changing color but that was a mess. Everything took a lot longer than expected but in the end we do love our pool ( not really the wrong sand issue ) but communication was horrible. Overall we believe we got a quality job.

I was promised and paid for an extra cleanout pipe that ran the width of the deep end of our pool, just in case of flooding water! Well, our pool flooded, and they only put a pipe about 5 foot straight down. This caused a huge crack in the bottom of our pool. Other things that were wrong with the pool: 1) spa was not connected or piped to our pump in order to filter that water. 2) the pool is almost 5 inches higher on one side (not level at all).

I've always used East Coast for my hot tub repairs. But money's tight so I waited and thought we'd…read moretake a look ourselves. Well the tub base started gushing water out. We opened up the panel and an ozone valve was cracked. I called and spoke to Chad. He suggested we bypass it and told me how. I worried it would be over my head but he said I could always call him out if I couldn't do it. I went to Home Depot and bought 2 barbed connectors and some hose and my son was able to make the repair. CHAD saved me a service call at the least and my son fixed it easily. I'm sure East Coast would rather him come out but his phone help has secured their business for me. If I need repairs he will be who I call and if he needs to come out I won't mind because he has saved me from previous repairs. Very happy with Chad and East Coast Leisure! I should mention East Coast also has a terrific pool water department and the young people there have helped me hundreds of times. Their prices are competitive and they usually have great prices on salt.
