So I went to Leslie's pools for a chlorine jug refill and a couple other items and I was greeted by a stud looking female or man I'm not very sure but they was very rude and unprofessional to me wouldn't help me carry out my jugs and dint know how to tell me what's wrong with my pool after I explained it to them many times I don't know how you guys hire people without a brain 0/10 service read more

Do Not Order Anything Online from Leslie!! The one star is for Leslie's Online Ordering and Corporate customer service- not the local store. Customer service at the corporate level is about as bad as it gets. Every time I have visited a local store, the customer service has been great but due to the horrific customer service at the corporate level, I will never shop at Leslie again. I ordered a heater online and even called to check on shipping lead times and was assured it would ship out within 1-2 days and arrive at the local store in 7-9 days. After 12 days I called customer service to see where my heater was and was told that I had to call the shipping company and find out what was going on and that it isn't Leslie's issue. I explained that I didn't order it from the shipping company nor did I chose the shipping company. I order from Leslie and it is their responsibility to ensure it is delivered to the local store. I asked customer service to escalate my issue or give me another number to call to resolve my issue. After 6 calls to customer service the outcome was as follows: 1) I was told there is no one else I can call, 2) the agent I was talking to would not/could not escalate my issue and 3) it was my issue and I needed to track it down with the shipping company. After over 10 calls to the shipping company, I was able to track my heater to their warehouse in my city. I called the local store to see if I could pick it up from the shipping company since it had been sitting there for over a week. Luckily the district manager got involved. The local store and DM were great and really tried to resolve the issue and eventually had to order another heater due to issues with the shipping company. 49 days after ordering, I received a call that a heater had been delivered to the store. At a local level Leslie employees still provide great customer service which is why I ordered through them instead of ordering through a cheaper company. At the corporate level Leslie has farmed out their customer service overseas and have it set up so you can't escalate an issue. I still can't believe that customer service told me it was my problem and to track it down with the shipping company and refused to do anything else. Unfortunately, despite the great customer service at the local level, this issue has proven to me that at the corporate level Leslie simply does not value their customers and I will not be doing business with Leslie in the future. (Sorry Jeff and Steve- you guys were great but unfortunately your company doesn't value its customers the way you do.) read more

This is a real review written by a real person who needed to have his pool repaired. Leslie's Pool Supplies in Belle Isle failed miserably. The pool tech and inspected the problem and wasn't able to accurately diagnose what was going on. He speculated about a couple of things and then said he had to order parts. When he left, my pool was in worse shape than before he came. The pump was making crazy loud noises. I called Leslie's and they told me it would be another week until someone could come out (to fix the problem they created). The pool tech came out a week later and again wasn't able to figure out what was going on. He also didn't bring the parts to fix the original issue. The parts finally arrived and the tech came out and replaced what he thought was wrong. And.... it didn't fix anything. After waiting almost a month, I didn't have my problem fixed. I happened to speak with the guy who cleans my pool about the issue I was having with my pool. Within five minutes he identified the problem, brought the part out two days later and everything was finally fixed! Although the people I interacted with at Leslie's were nice and friendly, they were unable to fix my pool. And that's the only reason I contacted them. read more

I am very happy with the manager at this store Leeanne. She is very knowledgeable at her job. I had stopped going to Leslie because the workers there did not know there job . Everything they told me to do never worked so I stopped going there, started going to pinch a penny they were actually pretty good. But one day I needed some shocker so I ran in because I was in the area. When I saw Leeanne I realized she's new so I asked her question's about my vinyl pool. She seemed to be very knowledgeable so I did what she told me and it worked and I was so happy. I have been going there ever since. I always call before I go there to make sure Leeanne is there. If she's not working I will wait till she's there . So hold on to Leeanne she is one of your best employees you have. I have already spread the word about her to my friends. read more

I have been going to Leslie's at this location for over 15 years. Their service and knowledge is always the best. Leann and staff are the great. The young man that rebuilt my pool vac was very helpful and did a great job. I think his name was Matt. Also, their free water testing and advice is a life saver. read more

I walked in the store to purchase three jugs of chlorine and the manager Leeann complained about how she just locked up the tanks. I asked if she had any filled up already then she said yes. As I was walking passed she questioned me if the jugs were Leslie's I looked down and all three still had there logo sticker on them. Then I said Leslie three times. Then she said I can see one of them is missing the tiny cap and we can't accept that one and I need to inspect the other two. While I was waiting for her to come inspect them she was with another costumer, I started to look at the other jugs that were filled then I spoke loudly my jugs are in a better condition than what you have on the shelf I even pointed out that one of her jugs had a crack in it. Then she accused me of keeping my jugs outside I replied NO I kept them in a shed. Then she starts talking about how corrosive chlorine is and how it's damaging the jugs and how she had to replace her cart because the wheels rusted out. While she was talking I'm thinking this customer service sucks and I just want to leave and after coming there for 10 years I think it's time to go to another pool store maybe The Pool Pleaser. read more

Horrible, horrible service! I bought a $1,300 pool vacuum about a year ago. 6 months later it wouldn't work and went back to the Conway store for help. All I wanted was to have the unit repaired. It was a Polaris manufactured specifically for Leslie's. Zach was terrible. I visited the store 3 times to have it fixed and ran into him each time. The first time I was told emphatically that they could not help me and that my only course of action was to call Polaris. I did so and Polaris laughed telling me that they (Leslie's) is an authorized service center and that if they refused to fix it to have them call Polaris direct. I went back a second time and was told again that they could not service the unit to which I told useless Zach, I was instructed to have him call Polaris direct. When I told him this he reluctantly accepted the unit. A week later I received a call and was told that they could not help me! Needless to say I was furious at this point. They took my $1,300 when I purchased the unit but were totally refusing to assist in any way. I called Polaris again and they were incredulous to what I had encountered. They told me they would find a service center for me. They called me back in 15 minutes and referred me to All American on Curry Ford. I could not believe that a store that did not even carry this model could help me but Kyle and the rest of the crew at All American took care of me and were able to repair the machine under warranty. I can't thank those guys enough and am a customer for life! At the same time I will never, NEVER go back to Leslie's again!
