We returned later that evening, and the experience exceeded our expectations. As soon as we pulled into the garage, the valet attendant remembered us and welcomed us back. It was such a small gesture, but it made a big impression. Once we made our way to the rooftop, Hannah, the manager, greeted us like family. She remembered our earlier conversation, asked if we were celebrating anything, and genuinely went out of her way to make us feel special. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and authentic. We ended up spending hours enjoying the rooftop atmosphere, and every staff member we interacted with made sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough great things about Hannah and her team. I ordered a Moscow Mule while my partner enjoyed an Aperol Spritz. The bartender suggested trying the Hibiscus Mule, and it was a fantastic recommendation--a refreshing twist on one of my favorite cocktails. Between the outstanding service, delicious drinks, breathtaking rooftop views, and welcoming atmosphere, we had an incredible evening. As locals, we're excited to have found a new favorite spot, and we're already planning to come back this weekend. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in Clearwater Beach

Everyone kept…read moreraving about the pina coladas at the tiki bar on the beach, and I was too late... they had just closed the tiki bar! So I took a chance on the bar inside of the hotel. It is seriously the BEST pina colada I have ever had. They use a simple mix and a dark rum, but it tasted like heaven. The ice was perfectly blended and since we were inside, they give you a straw (I can understand that many seagulls probably choke on straws that are carelessly strewn on the beach from the tiki bar customers). And lets face it, pina coladas were made for drinking with a straw. When I mentioned that this was the best pina colada I had ever had to the bar tender as I ordered a second one, she drizzled more rum on top! I was a very happy, very tipsy customer after that pina colada. This bar is just as good, or better than the famed tiki bar at the beach... They also tend to run out of the pina colada mix at the tiki bar (but still serve the drink with half the mix!!) and gave me a bit of attitude instead of explaining why I can't get a straw when I asked for one. Best and friendly service with a smile! Great lounging area.

That said, finished it all! My other daughter had the chicken Cesar salad and loved it. Chicken was very tasty. My wife had the grouper basket. She thought it was tasty and hit the spot. Service was not bad but not great. Just not friendly. Overall a great stop. Be prepared you are outside and if the weather turns you are on the hook. Also, no reservations so first come first serve! Jimmy's on the Edge Review…read more We came here for dinner, and to be honest, I wasn't sold from the moment we sat down. The overall vibe just wasn't for me, and I wasn't sure the food was going to be very good. The person I was with chose the restaurant, though, so I went along with it. Service: Our server was excellent. She was attentive, checked on us frequently, and made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Atmosphere: The restaurant is located on a rooftop with an open-air setting and a DJ playing music. It's a very casual, laid-back spot with nice views, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd consider upscale or memorable. Food: We ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with fries, and that was the highlight of the meal. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. I really have no complaints about it. We also ordered the birria tacos, and they were a huge disappointment. When I order birria tacos, I expect crispy tacos filled with beef and melted cheese, served with a cup of rich consommé for dipping. Instead, these came on soft flour tortillas with shredded beef, corn, black beans, and other toppings, with no consommé. The beef was also very dry. It wasn't at all what I expected, and it's not something I'd ever order again. Overall: While the service was great and the chicken sandwich was enjoyable, the disappointing birria tacos and the overall atmosphere just weren't enough to make me want to return. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that I'd choose before coming back, so this isn't a place I'd personally recommend.
