I learned it is wise to contact Cowgill's by telephone directly. FTD subs out their work orders. My result on Valentines Day was frustrating. Did not get flowers I ordered. Got flower Order a day late. Received Seeds and Dirt to grow my own. I was scammed with extra fees when promised a discount on delivery fee. Lesson learned DO NOT Trust FTD. My efforts to contact Chicago FTD go no answer of telephone, higher price and no remedy from bank, FTC complaint and FTD. Cowgill's is a top-drawer business use them direct NOT FTD. I've had the experience before of requesting specific colors in an arrangement, only to see (when the recipient sent me photos) that the arrangement was not at all what I had requested, and it would have broken my heart if this arrangement had disappointed.
