The Funeral Home was very sorry, embarrassed with me, and empathetic, while Pam's Posies did not say they were sorry, blamed "funeral home fees," and referred me to this disclaimer - Substitutions may occur at the discretion of the local florist, including colors and flowers, depending on availability of inventory. If a substitution does occur it will be items of equal or greater value with the freshest flowers available. I wasn't looking for my money back, I was looking for an apology and a promise to do better.

I wanted to order an arrangement for a friend who lost a family member- looked online at the selection and chose. The notes said the arrangements may vary based on availability & season. The best part- I wasn't event concerned- I've been IN Flowers by Dick & Son and have met the staff that work there- ALL are friendly and want to do their very best to make the best arrangement they can. I've visited a number of flower shops in the past and they are more interested in turning and burning inventory than the actual finished product.
