I wanted to order an arrangement for a friend who lost a family member- looked online at the selection and chose. The notes said the arrangements may vary based on availability & season. The best part- I wasn't event concerned- I've been IN Flowers by Dick & Son and have met the staff that work there- ALL are friendly and want to do their very best to make the best arrangement they can. I've visited a number of flower shops in the past and they are more interested in turning and burning inventory than the actual finished product. It was easy to place the order online and pay directly on their site. Well, I ordered them a little too early because no one was home when they went to deliver (they were on their way home from the hospital). So they called me and let me know they couldn't leave them because it was below freezing but they left a door tag. Later they made contact with them and were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement. I have to commend their customer service and very low delivery charge and the flowers speak for themselves. Thank you again for such great service.
