My family and I have been purchasing florals from Paper Twigs for the past eight years, mostly for school dances and events of that nature, and we love their work. However, today is my sister's senior prom and when my mother went to pick up the flowers she was informed that they had not been made because things had been "hectic" around the shop due to all the proms in the area. They offered to make the flowers last minute, and unfortunately they were nothing like what we wanted. Additionally, we were only offered less than a twenty percent discount and the situation was handled awfully by the store owner. My family and I will taking our business elsewhere due to the disappointing customer service we experienced. If you are in the Canton area, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere, as well, to ensure that this does not happen to you for any big event. read more

BRIDE'S WORST NIGHTMARE. Extremely disappointed with my bouquet. The stems were done so incorrectly that the shape of the entire bouquet looked stupid. If for some reason (which i doubt) they could not do the stems as instructed, they should have told me and we would have changed the shield shape of my bouquet. They had plenty of pictures of how I wanted/needed the stems to be and they completely and totally dropped the ball. Probably because they are not organized and did not take correct notes. Now I hate how what was supposed to be my perfect bouquet looked in pictures. Every time i see a photo of it I get pissed off. The only regret from my wedding was hiring you, hands down. UPDATE: They said its my fault? Because i held it wrong?!!?! They claim to give every bride instructions on bouquet-holding. I received no such instruction not to mention it doesnt matter because they charged me out the a** for a bouquet they couldnt even produce. If they did the stems right, it'd look right. I am a very positive person and have decided to share my opinions on some of my wedding vendors that I find to be amazing. If you go to Paper Allure for your custom invitation needs, you will be in for a treat. You tell them your vision and they take it, vamp it up, and make it even better. I was so thrilled with my invitations for my wedding that I am having them make tables numbers, a menu board, and seating chart for our reception as well. Laura and her team members are EXTREMELY creative and will surpass all expectations you have for an invitation store. We recently experienced the death of our infant grandchild. I ordered flower arrangements at Twigs and Twine on Fulton Rd. in Canton, not only for myself; but for my "out-of-town sister as she requested. I was in total awe when I first arrived the day of calling hours. My son, and his mother in law greeted me with "did you see the arrangements from you & Dad and from my son's Aunt and Uncle? I quickly was taken to see the flowers and, as I said earlier, they were the most gorgeous combinations in perfect size table arrangements, as I had requested. The flowers were varieties that were SO unusual. Roses, as I requested, but fully opened, dark center white poppies with a slight hint of dusting with fine glitter, pale lavender hydrangea blooms. There were at least 4 other varieties in my arrangement alone but that's where my flower knowledge ends. It shouldn't have surprised me though. Whenever I've needed flowers, over the last 25 years or so, I've never hesitated to call Ms.Tritt. (In, fact, she did my son's entire wedding flowers in 1998 and it was fabulous!) I wouldn't put such an important task, in anyone else's hands. I usually tell Ms.Tritt "use your own judgement",and NEVER has she let me down.
