Pictures show what I thought I was getting and what was actually delivered to the funeral. I was embarrassed and devastated. The Funeral Home was very sorry, embarrassed with me, and empathetic, while Pam's Posies did not say they were sorry, blamed "funeral home fees," and referred me to this disclaimer - Substitutions may occur at the discretion of the local florist, including colors and flowers, depending on availability of inventory. If a substitution does occur it will be items of equal or greater value with the freshest flowers available. I wasn't looking for my money back, I was looking for an apology and a promise to do better.
