We ordered flowers late on a Monday afternoon for a Tuesday delivery. A simple arrangement that stated seasonal flowers would be used. I called shortly after placing the order to simply ask that they include as much pink as possible. The arrangement is absolutely perfect! Every flower is a shade of pink and it is just beautiful! When I placed my order for a custom arrangement, I had some very specific requests for the arrangement; it was for a dear Aunt who was under hospice care with very limited time left. Obviously swift delivery was a must, and though the morning deliveries were already underway when I placed my order, Printz still delivered it that same day. There were specific colors I wanted, specific flowers that I wanted included, and specific flowers that I *didn't* want included. There was only one chance to get it right. The flowers did reach my aunt in time, and when we talked on the phone one last time, she told me how beautiful the arrangement was, and how the colors were her favorite. Her husband texted me photos, and the arrangement was indeed beautiful. I've had the experience before of requesting specific colors in an arrangement, only to see (when the recipient sent me photos) that the arrangement was not at all what I had requested, and it would have broken my heart if this arrangement had disappointed. Being out of state, I had nothing to base my choice of florist on other than customer reviews, and Printz's reviews were very good, deservedly so. Add me to their many happy customers. read more

I ordered mothers day flowers through teleflora. Printz did not deliver to the area. Attempted through multiple phone calls to just be able to simply pick them up. Unknowledgable staff stated this would be and to be done and then argued with me and told by the manager nothing could be done. Completely unwilling to help... good thing Cathy Cowgill flowers is down the street and willing to help. Will go anywhere other than Printz from now on. Please do the same. read more

A birthday delivery on the same day of the order, a sweet and beautiful, happy bouquet, designed by the florist who used a watering can, ordered through the website in the early morning, followed up by me later in the morning during a break from work to make sure the order went through and speaking with a kind voice, made for a very fine transaction. My stepdaughter loved them, and it was a surprise to me too, as I did not know how the design would look, which I saw when she showed me a picture. We worked with Sue and several other members to have floral arrangements made for my mother's funeral service and I can't imagine anything more beautiful. They acted like they've never sold flowers before. Didn't have vases available (no joke), finally sold me some from their warehouse that were dirty. Spent well over $100 on 2 small bouquets, and none of the stems were cut. It was like a do it yourself workshop, it was honestly bizarre, overpriced, and disappointing. I am so lucky to have found this florist! I was trying to send flowers to a friend (as a surprise) and she ended up not being in town! They were so understanding and offered to replace the dead flowers with new ones when she's returned home from out of state. My husband just returned from here after calling to order a corsage for a dark bright purple dress unfortunately I was not able to go with him or I would've never paid $14 for 2 light pinkish purple daisies on a mismatched ribbon. I can't even put into words how disappointed I am that my daughter will be wearing the cheapest of spring flowers to a winter dance that don't even come close to matching her dress. So .... I received a delivery of this large wrapped bouquet of flowers. Well... When I got home I opened up the package and .... wow... We couldn't believe what we saw. There 2 sets of star gazers, one white carnation and one pink, one snap dragon , 4 pieces of fern leaves for decoration and two roses. That's it! They charged us $67.00 for nothing. My husband went there this morning to complain and to show them a picture of the pathetic flowers we received and all the owner could do was itemized how much each cost. So.. They came up with $49.50 for the flowers!!!! So what... The fricken deliver was $18???? If you want beautiful flowers don't go here! They'll rip you off! If you look at their web page which shows all the beautiful flowers they have at the price we paid for, the bouquet that I received doesn't even come close to what their ads represent. And worst of all to go there and complain about the service received and all they can do is "itemize"? Seriously .... No etiquette what's so ever.
