I learned it is wise to contact Cowgill's by telephone directly. FTD subs out their work orders. My result on Valentines Day was frustrating. Did not get flowers I ordered. Got flower Order a day late. Received Seeds and Dirt to grow my own. I was scammed with extra fees when promised a discount on delivery fee. Lesson learned DO NOT Trust FTD. My efforts to contact Chicago FTD go no answer of telephone, higher price and no remedy from bank, FTC complaint and FTD. Cowgill's is a top-drawer business use them direct NOT FTD.
