Lots of choices and options for every type of gardener! The farmer market part with fruits and veggies was ok. It's small. Local products. You can find something if you need it but it was not very extensive. The makers market was 6 tables. Not very big but it's early in the season. Not much I was really interested in. They also had a food truck which was very popular. All in all we spent a good hour or more there, buying plants and walking around. It was very enjoyable. We will go back. The plants are amazing. Staff was great! Nice and answered all our questions. The parking was good too. And again fair price for the plants. Good find!

absolutely the rudest and shadiest behavior I've ever experienced. paid a down payment on a tree…read morethe year before but then the company sold, I went in to speak to the new owner... completely willing to walk away and forfeit my down payment... she went on about how she didn't know which tree was mine and that the previous owner hadn't left word that customers had reserved trees . when I offered to just leave it at that she insisted I go ahead and run my card for another 450 bucks and we would figure it out once she was able to look into the greenhouse, bad mouthing the previous owners the whole time. she never followed up so I called to make an inquiry about my tree and to arrange a pickup, Kathy went back to bad mouthing the previous owners AGAIN... when I finally broke through and calmly said I didn't care about her opinion of the previous owners and I just wanted to pickup my tree please , Kathy told me she wouldn't listen to me scream? I hadn't raised my voice despite my extreme annoyance once.... I tried to call back to arrange pickup and she proceeded to hangup on me again.... at this point I became suspicious that she just wanted to keep my money and my tree and had to send family out to straighten everything out in person due to me working and feeling like the more time that passes the more likely I was to lose my investment. this woman is a real trip, buyer beware

The previous 5 star reviews are well deserved…read more Trying to deal with the challenges COVID19 virus, we called ahead and received a current list of plants and herbs via e-mail. An order was placed over the phone. The nice folks agreed to a contact-less, "curb side" delivery. When we arrived a very nice and helpful lady (also wearing a mask -- thank you!) brought our purchases out and loaded them. At the time we came there appeared to be no other customers in the expansive greenhouse, so after the nice lady who brought our stuff out stepped away we ventured inside. Wow -- were we impressed! A h-u-g-e variety of beautiful plants attractively (and uncommonly) arranged. Very nice! We'll be back when this stupid "virus problem" abates. Highly recommended! :)

I called Greenhouse Shoppe as I am often in Wooster for work to see if they had any. They did not but told me they'd call me as soon as they got one in. Sure enough, I received a phone call that they're holding one for me until I can get up there to pick it up. This is the second year in a row they've been accommodating and held back a rose I was searching for for me. Extremely nice people, great selection of roses. Highly recommend!
