We walked in today for flowers for Mother's Day and they couldn't have been more helpful. We told them what we wanted and they went off to create their magic. We walked around the store and they had really lovely things from local artists and vendors. Talking with the owner, we discovered she recently opened. She spoke to us about the various classes they are teaching there and they sounded delightful. It was easy to place the order online and pay directly on their site. Well, I ordered them a little too early because no one was home when they went to deliver (they were on their way home from the hospital). So they called me and let me know they couldn't leave them because it was below freezing but they left a door tag. Later they made contact with them and were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement. I then followed up with a phone call asking them to please call me after the flowers were delivered so I could call my grandmother. If I don't call her right away, she'll forget that they were received and tell me "no, I didn't get any flowers." God bless her, she's 95. The driver delivered the flowers then called the shop who then called me in San Francisco. He was just leaving my grandmother's driveway when I called her to confirm the flowers. This is customer service!
