Before signing, we asked how long the project would take. They said it would take 4 to 5 days, which somewhat justified the high labor price for the 4 workers and the Project Leader. The project actually only took 2 days but, I got no credit for the lesser project time. To justify the gap, they jumped the previously quoted charge out rate from $90 /man/hr to $150 - $200/man/hr. I wish I had gotten more in writing. "Buyer beware".

We drove nearly 2 hours to look at a motorcycle on a Saturday. After standing around for 20…read moreminutes, we finally got the attention of a salesperson. We showed him the exact bike we wanted and instead got told that they were short handed and the salesman (Clay) would not be able to get to us for awhile. This was at 1pm and the store closed at 3pm. There were 6-8 other people in the store, all of which were "looking," while we were ready to buy. Around 1:15 Clay came back over and said he could talk with us. Apparently, when my fiancée mentioned that he could pay cash or finance, Clay only heard the word "finance" and disregarded everything else we had to say. We ultimately left at 1:30, feeling like the dealership just didn't want our business. To top it all off, Clay called on Monday morning to tell us that he sold the bike we had been looking at "right after" we left. I got the impression he already had someone lined up for it and that is why we were blown off. Very poor salesmanship all the way around. I would NOT recommend this dealership.
