It has been a very aggravating and sad experience dealing with Chris. It started with me only being…read moreable to get approved for a loan if we took off 975 dollars off the asking price. He told me he could only take off 500 dollars because he would lose money if it was any less. I told him that was fine there was the same vehicle in mass with around the same mileage and better condition for over a thousand dollars less. Within 15 minutes later he said he could take 900 less after calling me back. I was excited and figured out my finance. Made rides to go down there. When we got there was a sticky note on the door saying be back soon. Chris finally showed up. He talks very fast and you get the used car salesman experience, not that he is a bad guy but reassures too much and talks fast. Saying how great the vehicle is that it will be a great fit. He told me before I test drove it that it needs a backup camera. Before I get in the vehicle I plugged in a OBD reader to find it had a check engine permanent code. Light not on because it had been reset prior and was still saved. Small EVAP leak. I told him the drive cycle had not been finished. He told me that if it comes back come right back and we will take care of it. Had some slight difficulty with the bank that night so it was going to take an extra day before i picked it up. I voiced my concern several times about the code still there. With the extra day I would have thought it would have been taken care of, he had not. I came to pick it up two days later and there was an inspection sticker on it. This is where things really started to be a concern. They left the inspection sticker from Massachusetts (still there till this day on the passenger side bottom window). I drove it home. Was going threw everything and noticed the drivers seat was missing the rear two bolts that hold it down, very concerning when its the only thing that holds the seat to the bracket. Called up quirk and bought the bolts. Four days later the check engine comes on (A little under 600 miles, I live about two hours one way away from Kingston). Plug back in the OBD and now theirs is the small EVAP and now p0430 Catalytic Converter bank 2. Call Chris, tells me to bring it back. Make plans and drop it off with him on Saturday, I was told by Chris it would go in the shop Monday. Monday evening i call him because i had not heard anything, Chris tells me the mechanic had a wedding to go to and he would get it in the next day, no phone call to me I had to call him. He says he will call me by noon Tuesday. Tuesday at one I'm calling him, Chris tells me that the second bank catalytic converter needs to be replaced also informs me the EVAP leak was a purge solenoid and replaces that at no cost. At that time he informs me that he will cover half the cost for the catalytic converter. I was not OK with buying a vehicle and now having to drop 290 dollars back into it. His response was "sometimes you buy new vehicles and have to put money into it." That is the scariest of all, you buy vehicles to get out of old ones or in my case use them for my business. I needed my vehicle back and did not wanna deal with it anymore. I was angry but in the end told him to just do it. I borrowed money, paid, and got the vehicle back. Now 200 miles later after they reset the light my check engine light is back on for the original small EVAP leak. I have given plenty of times for Chris to correct issue and now I'm back to square one. I will be bringing it to my local Lebanon ford where they will smog it and i will repair the vehicle. I would not recommend anything. He does offer extended warranty's and he will offer it as "oh and i offer extended warranty's too-- go ahead and sign here saying I told you about them." Ive wasted so much time now all my money out of both my recent pay checks and have a vehicle I constantly worry about. To say the least I now have a $12,600 vehicle that has a check engine light that Ive been told is taken care of and have wasted over 500 dollars just in travel and new parts. If your like me that save money just to be able to put a down payment on vehicles and being talked to by chris like its no big deal having to drive two hours one way, spend 290 on repairs less than a week later and still not having any fix its discouraging.

Everything that purchasing a vehicle should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point. Chris was excellent to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market.

A delightful experience without any pressure or white knuckling negotiation. We felt like long lost family being taken care of by our loving uncle. Lots of inventory with something for everyone. I put in an inquiry on a yet another car after a day of HELL looking for a used car big enough for my family. I had experienced every play in the book by used car dealers in this one day. At the end of our day I thought, "Well, I have to keep looking. I don't have a choice." My car had burned in my driveway and was a total loss so I was desperate for a car. Used car salesmen love us Desperates. Then I got a call back from Bob from Truck World NE. He was WONDERFUL. Long story short- he did everything for me over the phone. I told him what I wanted, what I could (barely) afford and he told me "I'll get you in a car Valerie." Perhaps it was my exhaustion or his darling Boston accent, but I let it ride lol. He called me every step of the way. From his private cell. Brian called me every time he said he would. Just a week later, almost everything all set, I set out for the 3 hour drive to Truck World to get my car. I was pumped. Until I got into a car accident just 25 minutes away on 495. I called Bob's cell to let him know what happened and to tell him I wouldn't be making it in today. This man tells me he will figure out a way to help me! He came to pick my boyfriend and I up- at a gas station - I had to give him my horrible directions from the tow truck man. Bob shows up with his wife on his day off! He hugs me and says "what are friends for?" Bob and his wife bring my boyfriend and I to his business, he stays with us while Brian (who is a saint himself and a miracle worker) gets me all set- in my registered car- which they do, even for us out-of-staters, and then gives us a ball so I can tow my crunched up other car home with my new- GORGEOUS suburban. How do you thank two people for being amazing? The car is amazing. The owner is amazing. His wife is amazing. Brian is amazing. Drive the distance to a decent man. It's worth every penny, every minute. I love this place. I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as Truck World NE of Kingston, NH is open. Thank you Bob. Thank you Brian. I owe you so much. Andrew and I just love you guys. Valerie
