Done with this place. Had been going here for almost 6 years with my Honda CRV and have never…read moremissed a service. Oil change, rear differential, transmission all done on time everytime and now they're telling me they won't service my transmission because it's over 200k. They told me before as long as the service is done on time they'll continue doing them, they've serviced it twice since it's been over 200k and now they won't touch it. So just stop servicing my cat and set me up for failure, right? Telling everyone I know this place is trash. Just lost yourself a customer.

I went to get an oil change and tire rotation, first the lift was at a tilt when they performed the rotation so many things wrong about this! Then after the oil change was completed my car wouldn't start. I was already fuming in my car with the way they did the tires then to have my car not start what BS! I got really pissed asked what were they doing with my car then claimed that my battery was dead. No it was fine, they must have disconnected something then tried to blame me for getting upset and using foul language! Instead of just owning up to the issue. Then top it all off as I drove off into the parking lot my hub cap came off! Will never go back to this location again! Literally the worst! If half star was an option I'd give that instead.

Grease Monkey - The 2nd Price Hike Surprise

During our first visit in November, I brought my wife's car in for an inspection. The technician told me we needed new wiper blades or the car would fail the inspection. Surprised, I asked, "Really?" to which he replied, "That's what I said." I didn't catch his name, as they don't wear uniforms, but he was young, scruffy-looking, and lacked any personality--that's the best I can do to describe him. My options were to accept a rejection sticker, buy wiper blades from an auto parts store, replace them myself, and return for a re-inspection, or give in to their upselling extortion and let them replace the blades. Wanting to get on with my day, I opted for the latter. The final bill for the inspection and wiper blades? $115. The second visit was in December when I brought my truck in for an inspection. The process took just 11 minutes. During that time, I witnessed a heated dispute between the same younger technician from the previous visit and an older fellow who looked like he'd just rolled out of bed and hadn't had his coffee or cigarette yet. He wasn't exactly the ideal customer-facing representative. Another customer and I watched and listened as the two argued, slamming tools and doors while hollering at each other. It was an impressive display of unprofessionalism. Watching this, I realized why I'd been upsold during my previous visit--they likely don't get many returning customers. When the inspection was done, I noticed one thing: unless the inspection process had changed, they didn't check my horn, which is a loud airhorn that you would definitely hear and I was waiting to hear. So visually, it seemed to pass. The older technician then came in and, in one breath, told me my brakes had "barely passed" inspection and offered to replace them - I did humor him by asking for the price, he said $1,200, thanked him, paid the woman at the counter, and left. The kicker? My brakes had less than 3,000 miles on them as I had front/back brakes replaced in October by the garage just up the street. So not sure (I am sure) what shenanigans were in play with that one. Maybe whatever part of the inspection that isn't done by the diagnostic machine is done visually and he just has bad eyesight.
