WESTERN OMELETTE comes w hashbrowns
Amanda B.

Even though they were very busy we got to a table right away. Waitress was kind, did a great job w drink refills while we waited for our food. Omelette were good, just cooked a little harder/more done than I prefer. I took the star off for that, as well as our seat right next to their side entrance, which was miserably cold on a January day. They should make that a warm weather entrance only, as it's awful to sit there during the winter.

Average place if you are looking for a brunch or dinner location. The food was nothing special and service could have been better. Their menu is quite extensive from traditional American to Greek. I would be a good place for families with small children since the restaurant is spacious and not fancy. Give it a try and judge for yourself. Enjoy and Buon Appetito!

Very casual, modern diner type feel. Our service was good. Our waitress was very good and provided great service. The food was good. I tried the coneys with fries and they were pretty good! They did not skimp on the chili and the portion sizes were quite large. The prices were pretty decent as well. They had a very large menu with lots of different options. Nice casual place and decent food. Would visit again if in the area.

I got a fried chicken pita wrap and the chicken tasted as if it was heated up in the microwave. Chicken not fried at all.

Never again. I wish…read moreI could leave negative Stars purely on the treatment from management and ethics. To be fair there are some good points but I guess I will address those first number one the Ambiance is very nice if you like history an old architecture it's worth popping in if you are near nearby. I will also say that I am pretty critical on my coffee but it appears the coffee portion of this restaurant has its own name and I will write an extremely positive review accordingly as the coffee was some of the best I've ever had. That being said the rest of the experience was negative. We should have known something walking in when we saw what appeared to be two other local couples going to the cute little restaurant next door which looked reasonably busy and when we went in there's only one other couple there. That should have been a red flag. But it looks so quaint and Charming we wanted to try it. Her breakfast was fair but it's hard to mess up whipped cream and strawberries LOL you'd almost have to be pure evil not to like the combination LOL. My breakfast however was a disappointing experience say the least.... let me preface this with the fact that I have a pretty decent barometer 4 brisket as my buddies and I smoke brisket all the time and have been in some competitions. That being said for approximately $14 for breakfast skillet that better be some damn good brisket. And it wound up being very rubbery!!! and just taste it off like it had been sitting out forever.!!! On top of that after taking only one bite decided to send it back and the waitress could not care less and took $3 off the bill ....? basically you're telling me I ate $11 worth of Skillet after I told you to come back and have the chef taste it please!!!!!!!????? it was like it was microwaved from the previous night The sauce on it was like knock off ketchup packets or should i say katsup! Lol Rude and discourteous to say the least I'm sorry the Ambiance is great and the coffee was actually one of the best cups I ever had but to charge for food that I wouldn't even give our dogs!! just wrong and then to not even care about it no.!! We saw everyone going next door and wondered why some place so large had such little business. Now we know why all the locals were going next door and why a restaurant next to a restaurant still survives. After you eat here you will be eating next door also.

The grits in particular were excellent! My mom liked her potatoes but she did say she was a little jealous of the grits and took a few forkfuls from me. The benedict was also very good, served on a biscuit rather than the traditional english muffin, which I liked very much. Mine was a little light on the hollandaise so I would ask for a bit more of that next time. I also had an iced frozen latte which was quite good! Like many folks right now we're avoiding raw mixed greens so we both skipped those with our meals but even without it was still plenty of food. We also ordered beignets, a mix of powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar, with chocolate and foster's sauce (caramel) on the side. To me the beignets read more like a popover than a beignet but they were still good. Loved that they came warm and the foster's sauce was really nice! Our server was awesome and checked in on us regularly. Food came quickly, too. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table but it wasn't too bad and they'll take your number so you don't have to stay too close if you'd prefer to wait in your car (not much else to do around there, unless you're feeling like browsing Office Max next door). Overall a very solid dining experience and we both remarked we'd be eager to return again soon!

Dellah Coffee & Brunch House is a not-so-hidden gem in Dearborn, MI, serving Yemeni-American food…read moreto the large Arab population in Dearborn as well as to tourists like my boyfriend and I. Dellah is located on a mixed residential and commercial street with plenty of parking nearby. We chose to eat lunch here in June 2026 since it wasn't too far from our hotel and we saw that they had outdoor seating - important since we had my little dog with us. The place was very busy but since we were eating outside, we had no wait and we were waited upon promptly. There are a LOT of American choices on here (like sugary pancakes) but a third of the menu consists of Yemeni food. I got a traditional Yemeni tea ($4.50) and my boyfriend sipped on a smooth matcha latte ($6.50). We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. So anyway, I saw that the coffee section of Dellah is set up inside like a traditional coffee shop where you can grab and go some coffee, tea, and pastries if you'd like. I did grab my bf, dog, and I some water from the coffee counter, which is self-service. We didn't leave a crumb behind and loved our food here. I would happily come back again! There is a 3% card surcharge fee so I paid the bill with cash, which came out to about 45 dollars after tax and tip. A little pricey, thanks to our expensive drinks, but so yummy!

I came here with our team. There was 10 of us in our party…read more Not sure whose idea among the Dellah staff thought it was a good idea to squeeze so many guys and me at two small tables by the door. This was an awful table to be at in here. We hardly had elbow room or table space, especially after the giant platter sized bread was out with all of the breakfast/ brunch items for half of the table. I ordered the Fazolia. Everyone else got omelets, burgers or wrap items. Yes, a couple of team members weren't keen on ordering Fasolia with scrambled eggs, large Greek salad, 2 lahm sighar (one with potato and one quit eggs), 2 smashed burger, Yemeni scrambled eggs, chicken fajita, Greek skillet, southwest skillet, chicken wrap, coffee, tea without milk, Turkish coffee, mint lemonade refresher. Every team member said their food was good. The scrambled eggs are a tad runny and looked a bit puréed. The fasolia has good flavor and even better with some heat. It came out piping hot. Without the added eggs, this dish would be woefully lacking in substance for me. I would likely still be left hungry with the beans alone, since I don't eat the bread, generally. I tried the bread to give it a go, it's good. The Greek salad is nicely plated or bowled rather. The ingredients are in separate piles and looks like a pinwheel. The red onions were crudely cut. The tomatoes looked wrinkled and not so appealing. The Greek salad was underwhelming for me. The tea doesn't taste good, definitely need some honey, sugar or the milk here, although I favor nothing in my tea.

Crab Cake Benedict - premium house made crab cakes with soft poached eggs over toasted English Muffin, topped with hollandaise $14.75. Both meals were good as far as flavor and quality. Only downside - the food wasn't very warm for as quickly as we received our food. This little unassuming spot became our choice for this year. It's small, quaint, clean and clearly a favorite for the locals. Service was top notch, throughout the course of the entire meal process. It turns out I would not have ben disappointed with either selection, but, my pancakes were the superior choice. The food across the table looked fresh and vibrant and the way everyone attacked and raved about their meals, there was the clear indication we had made a great choice in picking Orchid Brunch for this annual event.

Omelettes were delicious but a bit smaller than the huge omelettes you might expect if you are used to the size of omelettes from a generic family restaurant (like a Coney Island), but these were of course of much better quality and still plenty of food. The parking situation on a family oriented holiday -- Mother's Day -- was a bit of a nightmare, but that's because there's more parking in the back, and lots of cars were unfamiliar with that and then hesitant to go to the back part. But even the back lot was full on Mother's Day. On a normal day parking is fine.
