Loved the chicken souvlaki platter. Came with delicious Greek salad. And tasty French fries.

The food may have been fine, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Alfredo, which is clearly listed under the "Entrees" section of the menu. At the top of that section it states: "Entrees served with your choice of baked potato or french fries." Nothing on the menu says pasta dishes are excluded. When I politely asked about the side, instead of simply clarifying the policy, I was spoken to rudely and told that "out of 50,000 people" I was apparently the only person who didn't know how to read the menu. That's not how customers should be treated for asking a reasonable question based on how the menu is written. If pasta dishes are excluded from the side option, then the menu should clearly state that instead of insulting customers for interpreting it exactly how it's written. read more

I love this place. The food is so delicious and is real autheic greek food. Plus, the staff is second to none. Taki, the general manger is a hoot. He makes me feel special. read more

Ordered their new Greek style bruschetta tonight. OMG! So delicious. A meal in itself!! I will definitely order again!

My family and I have been coming here for 20 years since we vacationed here every summer since I was a little girl. It's a nice family run restaurant with a dining in place on the left when you walk in and a bar to the right. The owners and staff are super friendly. Their calzones are super good and definitely are not shy on the portion sizes with any of their food!! I get their pasta with meatballs which the meatballs are so so delicious. read more

Everything would be fine aside from two things. No slices, the worst ever ever ever cover songs played throughout the place. Shut that off and I'd bump up the stars and forgive the slice issue. read more

This is the first time in more than a year to come here and Leon's did not disappoint. We ordered take-out for a small Ultimate pizza and as expected it was fresh out of the oven. It was hotter than hell on my legs in the car. We thought we would eat the pizza first,, but wanted to take a look at the eggplant grinder. I took my half and demolished it. Only thing wrong was that my wife had the other half! This a haul for us from Wallingford, but we will be back several more times this summer and throughout the year. read more

Service was very slow, young waitress seemed to forgot about us ordering, was watching videos on her phone, took 15-20 mins to take order from us, seemed distracted by other table who was having a long conversation like friends do at bars. Pizza wasn't good either, had consistency of cheap pizza served at a bowling alley in my opinion, wasn't cooked all the way through. Pepperoni on the pizza was very good quality but the rest of the pie wasn't. I loved the garlic bread with cheese though, that was cooked and done right. The Ambiance was warm with a modern Italian twist but didn't match the 90s rock alternative being pumped through the establishments audio system. My opinion it would be better with something slow and classic, like opera or not rock related. Not sure about their 2017 rating for best pizza, wasn't a good experience, may differ to other people but not a fav. read more

I tried leons for the first time last night. If you're looking for Greek style pizza it will hit the spot, but won't wow you. The pizza was just a tad bland. I ordered through slice, the pizza and salad were ready on time and they have a decent sized parking lot. The salad was standard, I have had better, I've had worse. Prices are about average. Overall, a decent stop, but nothing to go out of your way for. read more

My wife's go to place for date night. Great restaurant for pizza and Greek food. Greek bruschetta is great and best mozzarella sticks around. Boys love the speciality pizza, taco pizza and youngest loves the chicken fingers. Staff is amazing and friendly. Been there a bunch of times and will definitely be returning. read more

Ordinary, but good. My wife and I have been ordering from Leon's all summer and the food is good. It is reasonably priced for the quality. The restaurant is simple as far as decor is concerned. While I have not asked to verify, it appears the owners are present. To me this means they care. They have a full bar and a reasonable amount of seating, however, I would recommend calling ahead. read more

This place is a great spot to stop at for lunch and or dinner. Great choices for subs and Pasta dishes. The owner visited our table to check In and was very friendly and humorous. Highly recommend this place. read more

AMAZING grinders!! Warm bread, cold deli meat. Ordered over 10 subs and all were made to order perfectly. Highly recommend!

Ordered a hamburger with lettuce and raw onion. Arrived with Mayo. Waitress never came back so I ate what I could. While I understand the staffing problems a lot of business are facing - the restaurant was not busy. My friend ordered the clam strips. They did not taste good and were more like chicken fingers We will not be back read more

HIDDEN GEM ALERT!! Went shopping at the local outlets & was feening pizza. Looked up what i was near & Leon's popped up. This is the best pizza i ever tasted in my entire life! I ordered a meat lover pizza & a 10 piece wing honey mustard flavored. Let me just say... the pictures attached are exactly what I received & it tasted as good as it look: read more

Great stop for some subs. Lots of food, hot and cooked great, and came out for take out pretty quick.

We enjoyed this pizza! Looking forward to coming back. The crust is a perfect cross between crunchy and chewy for the ideal Greek pizza. The ingredient quality of the produce seems to be great, and the meats are a bit more variable, but overall still good. Quick and easy service, and still open for takeout as of mid-April 2020! Will definitely return. Thank you, Leon's team. read more

Ordered a vegetable quesadilla tonight as well as many other items for our dinner on the Slice app.... When I cut into the quesadilla there was chicken in it, I'm a vegetarian and do not eat any type of meat, I messaged the Slice customer service team to let them know what happened and get a refund on the quesadilla, they asked for a photo which I sent, they contacted the restaurant and they said they wouldn't give me a refund and there wasn't chicken in it, there was clearly chicken in the picture I sent, the Slice representative apologized after seeing the photo and said they would escalate the complaint to their management team to get a refund.... Really disappointed in the response from Leon's, I get it, accidents happen, but take responsibility for it and maybe apologize and give me a refund, apparently they don't care that much about keeping customers..... read more

Wanted some pizza and got cardboard with cheese. Pizza was awful and would definitely not recommend it. Not sure about the other stuff, heard that stuff is decent but the pizza is just bad. Service alright. read more

Very disappointing. The Greek salad was a house salad with some feta cheese popped on top (not even mixed in). I'm a huge greek pizza fan, but this was simply not good. There was practically no sauce on the pizza and tasted more like cheesy bread - it was grossly undercooked. A standard frozen pizza from the grocery store tastes better. read more

I went here for lunch and was pleased with the Gyro I ordered. It was delicious in fact, however I'm giving this place one star because the owner is a Nasty Mama's Boy. I complained that when I asked for a refill of my soda, I assumed it was a "free refill". When I asked why they charged for both; the guy went on a tirade telling me "If you want something for free why don't you stay at home?" Excuse me- I would have returned because of the good food, but now never. This PUTZ has a lot of nerve to speak to customers like he does. Good luck buddy... read more

just stopped to get dinner, burgers and greek salad. Food was delicious and service was great and quick. Bought two sandwiches to go: basic white bread without enough heft to support the gooey meatball cheese Sammie. Additionally after spending $25 were told we couldn't leave our car and walk around. I said that if we chose to eat in house we would be occupying a space... Still wouldn't let us park! Jerk. read more

I'm sorry I'm giving this 3 stars. I was coming here for a few years and loved the food and was always a pleasure with the staff. But I came in twice during the whole covid thing and it went down hill. Seems like the staff that used to be there is gone even the cook I feel and they hired new people that seem confused and quick to get your order in and not listening to you. My dish that I always get was very bland no flavor at all used to be my favorite last time they screwed it up by putting mushrooms (the young girl asked me if I wanted mushrooms (which is not in the dish) and I said No and then when I got home I had mushrooms in it and the garlic bread was not even good. I figured I'd give them another shot the other day but it just wasn't good and for the money, I will go elsewhere. read more

I was so disappointed in the pizza,I would have called & made a complaint about the pizza, but with the pandemic going on I didn't,I must say the service was very good because my pizza was brought out to my car I ate a few slices because I had to take my medication & had stopped there because I was working in the area that day when I get off of work tonight I'm hoping to find a homeless person to give it to next time I'll just get a slice to find out if I like the pizza. read more

Average food. Frozen seafood. Meals were brought out one at a time. Penne A la Vodka didn't look like vodka sauce and was very bitter. Seafood Platter was frozen seafood. Location is nearly on the beach and for the price I was expecting fresh seafood. read more

Today was our first visit here for lunch. Their prices are very reasonable. The menu had many choices, pizzas for $12, $17 and $20, sm, med and large. They have an assortment of pasta dishes, grinders, calzones, fish and chips, etc. We ordered a large Florentine pizza and took home leftovers. Crispy crust, not too thick. We'll visit again I'm sure! read more

I ate there twice with wife & daughter.. First time I had a super Gyro dinner which was very good....we wanted to go again.. and then the second , I had Mousaka imo was lousy..loaded with tomato sauce and not much taste. No bechemel..just cheese & tomato like a lasagna. Wife & daughter had the same shrimp dish.. the shrimp were under cooked, as they were frozen and still cold in the middle....a total let down.. read more

The chef's salad is addictive. A small is enough for 2 (or more). We're doing grinders tonight and taking home a small cheese pizza.

O.M.G. I am the pickiest person when choosing where to eat and was very reluctant to go for dinner here ... but it was my brother's choice and I agreed. I am so glad I went! From the moment I walked in, it was not what I was expecting. The inside is remodeled and beautiful. The owner is very friendly and hysterical!! The food.... again... O.M.G. I had penne alá vodka and it is the BEST I've ever had!!!! I couldn't stop eating even though I was stuffed!everything we ordered was so good!! I cannot wait to go back! I have been telling everyone I know... I certainly hope everyone goes!! read more

Really like this place for take out pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Consistently good and everyone is friendly.

I'll update this since my last post. I never have problems here! Has become my dinner spot 2 or 3 times a week.

Amazing Grinders (ham+CalzoneGreek Saladcheese, lettuce, tomato, oil+vinegar, toasted in pizza oven. ). Family owned, lovely people.

The food was really good. I was dying for a gyro and got a great tasting gyro. Everything we ordered was also very good. The person taking my order was kind of short and abrupt but what else is new in this area especially with the lack of diversity. Overall very happy with the food but I can't say I'd sit there to eat. Restaurant seems to have it's regulars. read more
