I used to be pretty self-conscience about my smile. I had several silver fillings and chipped teeth. Phillip helped me replace my fillings from silver to white and fixed my chipped front teeth! I've received so many compliments on my smile and it's all because of Wellspring. Also, as an added plus, they have extremely flexible appointments and have weekend availability! Lastly, I recently moved to the west coast despite having a wisdom teeth extraction pending with Wellspring. Wellspring went above and beyond to make sure my insurance would work in California and provided a referral for the extraction. After relocating, I continued care at one of their Manhattan locations (East 30s) for about two years without issue. However, things took a very concerning turn in spring 2025. The day before my scheduled 6-month checkup, I received a text FROM WELLSPRING telling me they had "moved" and to report to a new address. When I arrived, I found myself at a completely different dental office -- unfamiliar staff, unfamiliar dentist, and no indication that this was no longer Wellspring - aside from all the signs and branding which revealed otherwise. I had never been notified that my original office had closed, that my providers were gone, or that my care had been transferred elsewhere. I only learned what had happened after questioning the staff and calling my original Brooklyn location. Apparently, the practice had closed and my records were transferred to another office without my knowledge or consent. What's especially frustrating is that Wellspring has (or had) other Manhattan locations -- including one closer to both my work and home -- yet I was never given the option to continue care within their network. I ultimately found the 57th Street location myself and went there for about a year. Now, the same exact thing has happened AGAIN! Ahead of my upcoming appointment, I received a reminder -- not from Wellspring -- but from yet another completely RANDOM dental office I have never heard of. When I called the number listed for the 57th Street Wellspring location, it routed me directly to this new office rather than anyone at Wellspring. That's when I learned that location had also closed. Twice in one year, Wellspring has transferred me to entirely new dental practices without any clear communication, consent, or choice. My records were sent elsewhere without my approval, and I was simply expected to show up and continue care as if nothing had changed. When I contacted this original Brooklyn office to raise these concerns, I was told: "this isn't on us -- the new office was responsible for notifying patients." However, neither new office provided any meaningful notice. In both cases, communication was misleading at best (e.g., implying a "move" rather than a closure and transfer), and at worst, nonexistent. This experience has been incredibly disorienting and disappointing. Patients not only take time to select medical/dental providers based on locations convenient to their work/home as well as based on reviews and past customer experiences - but they also spend time and money building trust and relationships with their providers. To have that continuity and their choice in providers/locations abruptly disrupted-- twice -- without transparency or basic communication is unacceptable. THIS IS ON WELLSPRING - NOT THE NEW LOCATIONS. Though I've also no interest in staying on with the new clinic either. Not good business practice for either! I don't understand why this process is being handled this way, or why patients aren't given the courtesy of clear information and the ability to make informed choices about their care. So - be warned - if this Brooklyn location has to close for some reason - gird your loins because they won't tell you and they'll just pawn you off on whomever they make a deal with and won't bat an eye. What an incredibly dehumanizing and maddening experience overall -not once - BUT TWICE. I'm eternally grateful my gynecologist's office respected me enough not to treat me like this when mine retired!

Turns out the sinus infection I had was the culprit but all good now! I came back for a cleaning today and had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and smells nice, and most importantly, I was thrilled with the service! The dental hygienist was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable; she made me look at flossing in such a different way! LOVED HER! I was seen on time and was in and out in less than 30-minutes. I have an excellent dentist that I used to go to in the city by my previous employer and have been dreading finding a provider in Brooklyn, but I am so happy I found this gem of a place and am very excited for them to be my new go-to for everything teeth!

This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. They took my money, botched my face, and ghosted me when I complained. Absolutely unacceptable - avoid this place at all costs.

Beyond having a professional, friendly staff and an immaculate office, Dr. Halabi is just an obviously kind person. Being at his office feels a lot like walking into your cousin's house during Thanksgiving--everyone's super friendly (but professional) and you immediately feel welcomed each time. When wait times occurred, they were extremely minimal, and Dr. Halabi always made himself available to answer any questions I had about the process. I never told him that I have a low-key fear of dentists and orthodontists because it just never came up! I always felt like I was in good hands with the doctor and every tech. Lastly, the quality of the straightening was outstanding. I walked in with teeth looking a bit like broken piano keys and now I feel like they could be in a magazine. I simply can't recommend Dr. Halabi enough. Also, for parents out there, I repeatedly observed Dr. Halabi interacting with his teen patients, and his demeanor is every bit as on point as he is when dealing with adults. I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd change about his practice--maybe new wallpaper in the bathroom?? It's as close to perfect as I think an orthodontic practice comes.
