When I returned she of course remembered me, and her practice has grown into a beautiful space, with advanced tools and methods. Dr. Ifill's expertise and care for both her patients and the community are indicative of the consummate professional and representative of her patients that's she's always been; she wants us all to be healthy and happy, and that's what her care is about. Her work is more than dentistry: Dr. Ifill is a philanthropist, an instructor and mentor for new physicians entering the field, and a model of excellence as a Black woman business owner. What's she's accomplished couldn't have been easy, yet after all these years, she's still keeping tireless hours in her office, with patients and on the job. She's just as personable and friendly as she's always been, patient with any questions and concerns. I appreciate the time taken at Garden Dental to educate me in how to best care for my teeth; they make recommendations of procedures and products that I accept or don't as I or anybody can so choose, and the goodie bags with extra floss, toothbrush and paste are great too. From the chats during consults, the lovely front desk staff who also know your name, and make me feel at home with every visit, Garden Dental makes something that could be a chore more akin to visiting with a neighbor for coffee.

After I filled out the paperwork since I was a new patient, I was quickly whisked into a room to be seen. Dr. Strachan listened to everything I had to say and did a very thorough check-up. His technology seems to be very up to date (getting x-rays with him was a breeze). He was not rough and I wasn't in any pain throughout my entire teeth cleaning. He was very professional and had given me tips on things to look out for (I naturally don't have wisdom teeth on my lower jaw and he told me the wisdom teeth, although not impacted, may start to come down over time). I felt like he took a genuine interest in my health and am happy to be his patient!

His assistants seem to be dentists in training, nice kids, very conscientious. My previous dentist tried to get me to replace every filling in my mouth, which, I'm pretty sure, had more to do with increasing his revenue stream than it did with advancing my dental health. After relocating, I continued care at one of their Manhattan locations (East 30s) for about two years without issue. However, things took a very concerning turn in spring 2025. The day before my scheduled 6-month checkup, I received a text FROM WELLSPRING telling me they had "moved" and to report to a new address. When I arrived, I found myself at a completely different dental office -- unfamiliar staff, unfamiliar dentist, and no indication that this was no longer Wellspring - aside from all the signs and branding which revealed otherwise. I had never been notified that my original office had closed, that my providers were gone, or that my care had been transferred elsewhere. I only learned what had happened after questioning the staff and calling my original Brooklyn location. Apparently, the practice had closed and my records were transferred to another office without my knowledge or consent. What's especially frustrating is that Wellspring has (or had) other Manhattan locations -- including one closer to both my work and home -- yet I was never given the option to continue care within their network. I ultimately found the 57th Street location myself and went there for about a year. Now, the same exact thing has happened AGAIN! Ahead of my upcoming appointment, I received a reminder -- not from Wellspring -- but from yet another completely RANDOM dental office I have never heard of. When I called the number listed for the 57th Street Wellspring location, it routed me directly to this new office rather than anyone at Wellspring. That's when I learned that location had also closed. Twice in one year, Wellspring has transferred me to entirely new dental practices without any clear communication, consent, or choice. My records were sent elsewhere without my approval, and I was simply expected to show up and continue care as if nothing had changed. When I contacted this original Brooklyn office to raise these concerns, I was told: "this isn't on us -- the new office was responsible for notifying patients." However, neither new office provided any meaningful notice. In both cases, communication was misleading at best (e.g., implying a "move" rather than a closure and transfer), and at worst, nonexistent. This experience has been incredibly disorienting and disappointing. Patients not only take time to select medical/dental providers based on locations convenient to their work/home as well as based on reviews and past customer experiences - but they also spend time and money building trust and relationships with their providers. To have that continuity and their choice in providers/locations abruptly disrupted-- twice -- without transparency or basic communication is unacceptable. THIS IS ON WELLSPRING - NOT THE NEW LOCATIONS. Though I've also no interest in staying on with the new clinic either. Not good business practice for either! I don't understand why this process is being handled this way, or why patients aren't given the courtesy of clear information and the ability to make informed choices about their care. So - be warned - if this Brooklyn location has to close for some reason - gird your loins because they won't tell you and they'll just pawn you off on whomever they make a deal with and won't bat an eye. What an incredibly dehumanizing and maddening experience overall -not once - BUT TWICE. I'm eternally grateful my gynecologist's office respected me enough not to treat me like this when mine retired!

I had a crazy December 2025 and truly went through it with a prior Dental Office which caused me to have tooth extracted and a cavity that was acknowledged but never treated. Prior to my appointment at Noble Dental Care I originally booked my appointment for February 2026 to give myself time to recover from my prior extractions and medical condition from the former dental work done. I was experiencing pain I thought was referred pain and TMJ. Prior to my appointment I received several phone calls from Noble Dental Care ensuring everything was set in place for my appointment from the nature of my visit, concerns, down to the billing. The day of my appointment I was greeted with by the bubbly front desk receptionists, who were professional and transparent about payments and obtaining on the spot text receipts of what I paid prior to services being started. The billing/financial advise was very honest with me and suggested for me not to be concerned about the other services I was seeking to have a consultation for as I needed a necessary root canal to prevent further infection on a tooth sitting on top of a nerve. I love how my health and well-being as a patient came first, and I was not pushed to have services performed that were not dire or necessary for my care that day. I have found my new dental care home! Dental Hygienist Samantha was a true star and gem when it came to taking my X-rays and cleaning, to my surprise she confirmed the prior office I went to did not do a great job. Samantha was so patient and kind with me as I was experiencing difficulty with opening my mouth because I was experiencing jaw clicking and popping. Samantha took her time and ensured the procedures would leave me with minimal pain and discomfort. I had the BEST cleaning and polishing of my teeth by Samantha / Noble Dental Care. My teeth looked like shiny pearl earrings just glistening and gleaming! Samantha was even able to show/tell me I had suspicious areas of concern that the Dentist would go over with me. My gum health was great considering I had localized perio from a prior tooth that was extracted and I did not have gum disease or evidence of it. Dr. Theresa Eliscar was the most professional a knowledgeable Dentist I ever had in my 30-something years of life! Dr. Eliscar is guru and really cares about her patients with a great sense of humor! Dr. Eliscar was able to detect an infection on a tooth I was told I needed a cavity to be refilled which to my surprise was sitting on a nerve that was causing me so much discomfort. Dr. Eliscar is true meaning of Black Excellence!!! Dr. Eliscar's knowledge and expertise got me whipped back into shape and out of the amount of pain and discomfort I was in for almost 30 days! The nerve on the infected tooth was removed and prepped for an upcoming root canal and the tooth was infused with medicine that smells and tastes like cloves! Cloves is a natural remedy most POC use for all sorts of alignment, which has led me to sip on some clove tea in between the meds prescribed to me. Dr. Eliscar allowed me to take breaks in between my procedure and time out procedures and protocols were followed at this office to ensure I as the patient did not have an adverse reaction. I'm still recovering but this office is truly amazing and a blessing. I had so many X-rays + CT scans performed by different providers prior, and Nobel Dental PC was able to detect an infection on a tooth with a cavity that was sitting on top of a nerve! I was in so much pain and discomfort for the month of December 2025 into the new year. The Dentist, Hygenist, Support Staff, and Receptionists here are truly amazing. Dr. Eliscar even was able to adjust my bite temporarily to prevent further discomfort and complications. This Dental Office is the epitome of Black Excellence!

I came to this office for tooth extraction and dentures, in severe pain. I am on medicaid and…read moreneeded emergency extractions so I could get dentures. I had someone willing to help me have my teeth extracted. Dr. Igor Deckhkanov and Dr. Howard Wang intentionally harmed me and refused me full tooth extraction and dentures. I have infection, bone loss, metal allergies and type 2 diabetes. Dentures are literally my only option. Dr. Wang cracked a tooth and broke two crowns extracting only four teeth. Dr. Wang refused to extract anymore saying they weee healthy teeth, which is false. CBCT proved him totally wrong. Dr. Wang charged over $6000 to cause me harm removing only four teeth for that ridiculous price. Dr. Dekhkanov charged $1000 to replace the temporary crowns Dr. Wang broke. They were on horribly decayed, painful teeth Dr. Wang refused to extract. The temporaries look like they were made by a preschooler. Their xrays and cbct were unusable by other dentists and were $600. Dr. Dekhkanov intentionally did not point out infection in my teeth and mouth. I had to point it out to him on CBCT. It is overt infection needing biopsy and culture. And then Dr. Dekhkanov prescribed me a pediatric dose of antibiotic to treat the infection he tried to hide from me. He and Dr. Wang refused to extract my teeth for dentures. I am already missing 10 teeth. I believe their refusal was an intent to prevent treatment of infection and bone loss. I believe they work with the shadow government in this metaverse who intend to cause harm to very specific people. Evil men. I have conditions which prevent me from being able to have further crowns and root canals. Dentures are the only option for teeth, and they refused. Please see the videos I uploaded of them refusing to extract my teeth for dentures and providing no option for teeth.
