I was one of the first patients that went to this clinic when it first opened up around 2019. I…read morerecommended everyone to go because of the quick wait time and amazing dentistry. Since then, it's been downhill regarding wait time and quality of work. Back then, you can schedule a filling appointment within 1-2 weeks and walk in at your appointment time and see the doctor within 30 min. Now, you have to wait 2-3 MONTHS for a filling appointment and walk in at your appointment time and see the doctor within 45 to 75 min. More than double because of the overbooking on appointments they do. As for service, which connects back to the influx of patients, the doctor does not care as he used to. Back then, the doctor would explain exactly what the issues were and break down the treatment. For example, for fillings, he would show you the exact teeth with cavities and how many appointments were needed with which ones would get done at each appointment. Now, he just walks in, says he doing fillings with no overview of what's going on with the teeth, numbs the area and does the job, then quickly goes to the next patient. I understand this is a business and time is money, but the route they are on is sacrificing customer service to squeeze in as many patients as possible. This would be a good issue to have if it did not affect their service which I'll explain on the next point. Personal experience The whole reason this is a large response is because of my personal experience as well as my mother. I recently went in for a filling appointment that I had to wait 3 months for. The waiting room was 80% full. My appointment was at 2. I walked in and sat down at 2. I was then taken inside to the room at 2:50. They numbed the area at 3:10. The doctor started working on my teeth at 3:15. He was finished by 3:25. On the time aspect, that is atrocious. Secondly, when the doc put the anastasia needle in, he poked 3 times before it finally went in. This has caused the injection spot to become inflamed and super sensitive to any food touching it, basically rendering that whole side unusable when eating. It's been 4 days and the injection side is still red/inflamed/sensitive and I haven't been able to eat with it. All because the doctor poked 3 times in that area. All because he had a million patients before and after me. All because they overbook and run on an unneeded super tight schedule. This is the worst dental experience/result I've had and will be the last time I come here. As for my mother, similar story with the needle issue. She had an appointment a couple months ago for a root canal. The doctor came in and did the same mistake. Poking a couple of times and creating multiple injection areas. In addition, half way through the treatment, my mother felt pain and she had to do another dose of anastasia. For a whole week after the appointment, my mother had a bump inflamed area over the injection spots. This is unacceptable. Again, the doctors used to be good. But now it's a gamble of whether you're going to get a good treatment or deal with sloppy painful results. Sad to see because I used to love this spot.

He personally called me back and from the very first words he was quite short and standoffish. I asked for an appointment, he gave me one option which wasn't good for me, he gave me another time and I asked him to hold on one second to see my schedule, at that point he talked over me rushing me and saying that they are busy . Which OF COURSE I replied I was not interested anymore to! From all his positive reviews (and this is the main reason I called him for an appointment) I am pretty sure he must be an excellent dentist, but he wasn't doing me a favor (AND he should have a receptionist kindly answering his phone if he doesn't have the time and patience to do that), and bad attitude from a doctor it's not something I like.

I came here for a consultation after having not seen a dentist for 5 years (gross I know) but I was scarred after having pulled out 8 teeth by my orthodontist and developing a fever after having 1/4 wisdom teeth removed by a separate OMFS. Then when I established general dental care with a very popular chain dental practice in NYC, I was told I had a cavity on the molar adjacent to my wisdom teeth that they would not treat unless I got the wisdom tooth removed for easier access. Needless to say I stopped following up with them and stopped going to a dentist altogether for the past half decade. It has been my experience that it's impossible to find any decent dental care on Fidelis leading to my horrible experiences in the past and I did not want to repeat that mistake. Luckily I stumbled upon this place. The office staff were efficient. Time from registration to x-rays to seeing the doctor was less than 30 minutes. Dr. Ho was friendly and nonjudgmental. Best of all he listened to my story, cleaned my teeth, reassured me that I did NOT have any cavities, and I did not have to remove my remaining wisdom teeth as they were not causing any pain or other complications. In essence, he treated me holistically and I will definitely continue my care here.

The last time I was there I saw Dr. Oluremi Ogunsanya for a consultation, and I have to say it was among the most unpleasant encounters I have ever had with a medical professional. Dr. Remi, as he was introduced to me, badgered me, treated me like a child, questioned my referring dentist's diagnosis/credentials and just generally acted like a rude, arrogant teenager. He never even looked in my mouth. I ended up getting my referral back and going to a place that is way less convenient simply because a) if I want to get yelled at, I will ask my boss to extract my tooth, b) he seemed pissed off at me in a way that felt almost personal, although based on other reviews out there, it appears to just be the way he is, and c) I didn't want to give him any of my money. When I went back for the referral and a copy of my X-rays, I could tell from the front desk employees that I was not the first, even though I never said a word about why. And I see other reviews right here on Yelp that have to be about this same doctor. Dr. Amrani is great, but I would be wary of Dr. Ogunsanya.

When I was 26 I had two of my molars removed due to years of neglect and terrible dental health…read more(yes, it was that bad). I have had many dentists telling me that I needed implants to replace the missing molars for various reasons but it wasn't until 4 years later on March 2022 when Best Dental helped me with my first dental surgery and getting me started on the restoration for my dental health. Two days before surgery, Dr. Rizk started his treatment plan and medication to put me on my best foot forward for surgery. On the morning of my surgery I was still very nervous and expecting a lot of pain. The surgery lasted about 1 hour, and in that hour I can tell you the only pain I felt was from the anesthesia needle in the beginning. After the surgery I continued to feel normal and it was amazing! Aside from some swelling and slight pain the recovery process was easy and I was even able to chew on solid food the same night after my surgery. Dr. Rizk and his team at Best Dental are amazing and exceptional at what they do, and very glad I found this in practice. 10/10 would recommend Best Dental.

We had a lovely experience with the front office staff, especially with Maria, who was accommodating, kind, and extraordinarily patient. She took care of everything and made a very uncomfortable and stressful situation much easier for my mother in law. My mother in law saw Dr Iachmanovski who was so helpful. She explained things clearly, was very thorough, and took care of the emergency issue with ease. My mother in law felt comfortable and cared for.
