I was really nervous to have the magnitude of procedures and treatments that was absolutely necessary for me to regain my smile. Every single step of the way I was met with fantastic treatment and care. Yulia at the front desk was amazing every time for every appointment I appreciate you so much Yulia you are so pleasant and great to talk to. Dr Marina was incredibly precise and so was her lovely assistant Anna. I always felt heard and cared for. They provided exceptional treatment with wonderful results. Their attention to detail was exemplary. My surgery went so well I woke up to them singing and humming to the music that I requested. My pain was managed so well that as soon as I felt like my prescription wearing off I could just rinse with the solution prescribed and take more medicine and boom no suffering at all. I wouldn't even consider it pain more like a heaviness. Thank you Dr. Geoffrey Rubinshtein for your impeccable work and for returning my smile to me I'll be forever grateful. My heartfelt thanks to all the Doctors Rubinshtein and their attentive and extraordinary staff. My only caveat was the cost but you get what you paid for and I got exactly what I needed. read more

Okay this is not a dental clinic. This is legit a 5-star spa, with the most amazing staff. I got the best cleaning, best overall consultation and whitening. I drove a long way, but it was so so worth it. Prices were very good as well. They even put vitamin E on my lips while in session, to make sure they are moist, how amazing?!?!? Anyways - rush there if you care about your teeth and overall look of your smile! Best place! read more

WARNING! Con Artist! You go in needing one thing. And they smooth talk you into financial ruin. I should have left as soon as the office coordinator asked me..how's your credit score. You know you're in trouble. They try & sell you everything but the kitchen sink. I went in Only for a sinus lift /crown and ended up getting charged $24,000. This office is paid in full by a financing Co. So, trying to dispute this is impossible. To be so greedy and to gouge every client. Of course you'd have a beautiful office too and take private jets like these doctors do. These people need to sell snake oil as well. I've lost my job, helping my mother as my Dad just died. And these people are overcharging $8k more for braces I have yet to receive. I tried to resolve this with Dr. Alexander as the office manager Kevin says he does not talk to patients or has no desire to even try & talk to his patient. So, perhaps social media will make the public more aware of their sinister $money hungry office. SHAME ON THEM. All about bleeding every $ dollar out of you! read more

Okay, the office is nice, and the staff welcoming. Smoothie anyone? Not coming for an expensive smoothie! This scenario reminders me of the spider and the fly. So very welcoming, until they drain you for all they can get out of you. The First Red Flag is the question "How's your credit rating?" Please ask to be presented with the facts...in writing. Both financial and procedural...up front, with plenty of time to review, and under no pressure. The Second Red Flag is signing documents under pressure/duress, especially at the time (or just before) an appointment. You're in a stressful situation, maybe even in pain, and should never sign anything under these circumstances. Anyone asking this of you, is taking advantage of you in this particular situation. The Third Red Flag is the refusal of the Dr. to discuss your personal situation with you, or to allow you to communicate directly with him. Unacceptable! Finally, look at the reviews, and specifically the dates of them. You will find that most of the good ones are from years ago. This may reflect the quality of care that you are going to receive, or the amount that you will be charged as compared to a reasonable Dentist for the same procedure. You deserve better. read more

When you first walk into the office you are greeted by their receptionist who is always smiling and friendly. The office ambiance is a step above any other dental office I've been in before. Fun art, good music, fresh minty lemon water and chocolate hershey kisses to take as you please. When you sit down with Dr Daniel, Dr Marina or Dr Alex you're immediately treated like family. They are beyond knowledgeable and experienced and give you nothing but the best advice and treatment. I am a current patient in the process of a smile makeover with health and cosmetic needs. I literally fly from Miami to Brooklyn to have them work on my dental needs. They are really the best. We just removed a dead tooth and made way for a temporary bridge. I can honestly say I'm so happy with the outcome and we aren't even finished yet. They always gave me complimentary mouth wash, chapstick and detailed instructions when I finished the service. They even came in on their day off on New Year's Eve to spend 6 hours to work on my teeth. No one even seemed irritated by this or upset. They genuinely care about their clients and will go above and beyond. They have their own photo studio upstairs to document your progress. Dr Alex is so funny and has great energy. He turns on the music and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Every person who works there loves what they do and they work so well as a team to give their patients the best results. They will work within your budget and do whats best for you. I highly recommend Dr Daniel and his team for your dental needs. read more

I've looked all over for a great dentist and my daughter decided to get veneers so she did her research and decided to go to Bensonhurst Dental. She came home ranting and raving that she had never been to such an inviting place and said she wanted me to go the next time with her to get some work done on my teeth. I went today and was greeted by Julia who was so welcoming. I was then taken to Angie who consulted with me on what I needed to be done. She was a breath of fresh air as she didn't try to push anything on me. She just wanted to know what i wanted to have done and quoted pricing for me. I was then taken to have x-rays and was seen by the Hygienist Elisa who I found was great at what she does. I was greeted by Daniella one of the dental assistants. who stayed by my side the whole time making me feel like I was the only person there. She talk to me and made me feel really comfortable. I was then greeted by Dr. Maria who looked at my mouth and gave me options on how I could fix my teeth to give me a better smile. Ledi another dental assistant came into the room to do a scan of my mouth to send out for processing she was amazing as well. From the time I walked in the door until I walk upstairs to walk out. This group of people made me feel they care about me, my mouth and how I felt coming into their establishment. I would recommend Bensonhurst Dental with out reserve. read more

I have been coming to Bensonhurst Dental Care for several years, and it is true what they say: when you're here - you want to ask them to be your family. From the minute one steps into Bensonhurst Dental practice, one knows you've stepped into a unique dental practice: An inviting and warm decor and reception, a good cup of coffee (or a smoothie), extremely professional, welcoming, highly skilled and attentive staff. And beyond a warm atmosphere, the practice is comprised of a family of true dental professionals, each dentist excels in his/her own dental specialty, and delivers expert dental care. The dental team appears to seamlessly coordinate my care, and adds a blend of insight and expertise to every visit. This year I visited Dr. Daniel and his team in hopes of improving my smile with partial porcelain veneers. Like all of his loyal patients, I recognize that Dr. Daniel is an expert in the field of cosmetic dentistry who has a keen eye for detail and beauty, and I always feel especially privileged to receive his services. At every visit, he provides exceptional quality of care and offers individual treatments or a combination of treatments designed to achieve a complete smile makeover using the latest cosmetic techniques. I am invariably impressed by the skillful and seamless execution of his artistry. Dr. Daniel's heart is reflected in his work, and as always, he went above and beyond to improve my smile and confidence, always mindful of my needs and comfort. This is one irresistible smile, if I may say so myself - thank you, Dr, Daniel. Dr. Marina's expertise is felt in her presence and her technique. She worked swiftly while addressing a number of dental needs and improving the health and aesthetics of my teeth. Thank you, Dr. Marina. Ty is a dental assistant who is warm, conscientious, attentive, and she earnestly addressed all of my needs throughout the visit. Thank you, Ty. To the diligent team of Bensonhurst Dental Care, a sincere thank you. read more

Highly recommend! Their dental office is my go to for anything teeth related. From cavity fill ins to dental cleanings to teeth whitening. All of their staff is very attentive and make you feel at home. They are also very honest and consult you in the direction of what is best for you. I was curious about veneers because I wanted a very pearly bright smile and they recommended I try whitening before going down that route. I was so impressed by their honesty and commitment to serving their patients. My past experiences with dentists had made me nervous to even schedule cleanings. Everything is seamless and painless with their team of experts. Plus you get to watch Netflix which is great. Thank you Bensonhurst Dental! read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Worst dentist office EVER! The doctors are money-hungry scammers running the most abysmal business I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have dental insurance, which they told me they accept, but supposedly only one of the dentists there takes it? Anyway, they seem to have a lot of pride in being the "best" and having the highest quality everything...NEWSFLASH, ya ain't different. And if they think they can get by with charging what they do???? Like okay, I get you think you're cool because you're located in the next up-and-coming borough of NYC, but you're not located on Fifth Avenue and 86th Street, so calm yourself, it's BENSONHURST. Mind you, like I mentioned before, there are payment and insurance issues. Dr. Alex only does root canals and his son, Dr. Daniel does the rest, but here's the catch: Only the root canal is covered by insurance, the rest they expect you to pay out of pocket, which you can probably overhear them talking about in the other room at some point during your visit. Their scrubs should be bright orange, because they're nothing but criminals trying to suck every nickel and dime out of your wallet. Stay away, save yourself from these bozos, go elsewhere. read more

Bensonhurst Dental has been my go to general and cosmetic dental professionals since high school. You're not going to find any practice like this one anywhere in NY. Not only do they have a high tech lab upstairs to custom-make on-site dental cosmetics, with whom they work with hand in hand to ensure perfect size color and fitness (don't overlook this!), but the team consists of a family of specialists. From Danny who specializes in full mouth restorations and custom veneers, to his father Alex who is an oral surgeon expert on root canals and the latest in modern laser dentistry with expensive high tech equipment, to Marina whose motherly touch ensures client satisfaction and who has an incredible eye for cosmetic perfection and detail, especially when she's treated me. As a team, they work to service the complete full range of dental services and oftentimes all work together on one patient. That's a big benefit, to have all 3 professionals supporting each other for the benefit of your smile. But there's also a full staff of dental hygienists, whitening experts, assistants, front desk staff. The place does not cut corners on manpower. And they're fully renovated, the place is gorgeous and everything is brand new and up to date. I've been very proactive about my oral health since I neglected my teeth during graduate school. They brought me back to full oral health from new crowns to fillings and helped me avoid a root canal. I now come here every 3-4 months for a cleaning, so I don't have to undergo the damage I went through while neglecting to see a dentist for 2 years. I give this place the highest 5 stars I've given a service professional, and I cannot emphasize how much I've benefited to have Bensonhurst Dental as my go to dentists, and how much of a vocal fan like me you might be if you come here for any dental or cosmetic work. To sum it up in 1 sentence: they really care and don't ever get tired of caring. Thank you to the team at Bensonhurst Dental for all your hard work and dedication to your clients and the profession. You've done right by me and all your clients for the past few decades. Thank you for continuing to do so with the same energy everyday. read more

Dr Daniel is amazing he made me feel great and I can't wait to see my new smile when he's done with me. He's very sincere and kind and just wow. He's a big deal. Today I actually had a root canal with Dr. Alex. I did not feel a thing I could not believe it, I just kept waiting for the pain to start and it never came. He's super sweet. In life finding the right doctor for anything is imperative. Sometimes you check for credentials and sometimes a referral is just enough. Bensonhurst Dental is the BEST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. TRUST ME. I thought that the luxury treatment in the videos, and pictures were only for high end or celebrity clients. I was TOTALLY WRONG. From the moment I stepped into the office I was professionally greeted by Michelle. Although she had on a mask, I felt her smile and energy. She was very understanding of me not being punctual and assisted me right way. Have you ever been to a doctor office and they offered you a smoothie? Water MAYBE. But A Smoothie !! I was then greeted by SHANA. I call her my soul sister. She's sooooooo bubbly and enthusiastic. She walked me step by step about my procedure and appointments. Daniella the hygienist who also have a WONDERFUL SMILE. She was very gentle and precise with measuring my teeth. Then I met Luke who was very affable. I forgot to mention I'm very observant and inquisitive. He wasn't bothered that I was so talkative and our conversation was very calm. THENNNNN I MET Dr. Daniel Rubinstein. First of all he should have been a comedian. His personality is beyond AWESOME. He is very sympathetic and considerate. I knew I wasn't just a dollar sign for him. He didn't make me feel like I wasn't worthy enough, or rushed me. I even was seen by Dr. Marina Rubinstein. Let's just call her Momma Rubinstein. Very straight forward and beautiful. She educated me about my over bite in 2 mins. LITERALLY. The technology, equipment, and tools are so advance. They had a XRay machine that you literally stand up 10 seconds, 3D technology and more. They even had my AFTER PICTURE MADE UP before I left for my visit. JUST WOW. The whole STAFF IS GENUINE, DILIGENT, and ETHICAL. No amount of money is worth the way they made me feel. This isn't a paid review. This is coming from a hard working AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE. Thank you again Bensonhurst Dental. ( Please Excuse Me If I Misspelled Anyone's Name ) read more

This dental office is really like no other - somehow my trips to the dentist have now become exciting. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist offered me a smoothie and I was seen immediately. Honestly would have been okay hanging in the waiting room, with nice decoration and music. I came into the office to inquire about enhancing my smile. I met with each specialist of the Bensonhurst team, received a full evaluation which taught me a lot about my oral health (they even performed a cancer screening). After they created a treatment plan that suited my needs, I was eager to get started. It's impressive how this dental office has so many specialists under one roof. It really made my visit worth the while and more efficient since I didn't have to visit different specialized offices. In that same visit, I received a gum therapy treatment with Dr. Geoffrey. I automatically felt like I was in great hands. He was so delicate and made me feel so comfortable during my entire treatment. He is extremely attentive to detail, and even called me the next day to check in on my gums. It is very clear that this family-run dental office is the highest quality dental care in the game. The staff is so kind and professional, the entire experience is really pleasant and that says a lot about a dental visit!! read more

I love the dentists and the staff at Bensonhurst Dental! They really make you feel like family when you're there. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist but with Dr. Daniel and his team, I no longer have those fears. I can already see great results with my smile makeover! read more

Excellent practice with extremely knowledgeable dentists. The staff being very personable doesn't hurt either. The doctors take their time to really listen to your desires. Being that cosmetic work is so individual, they understand that each person has their own view of what is aesthetically pleasing and take as much time as necessary and as many preliminary revisions as needed in order to achieve the perfect result. I'm currently in the process of veneers and can't wait for the final results. I will definitely post a before and after photo once it's completed. My dentist is Dr. Rubinshtein and I can't say enough good things about him! I had my veneers put in last week and I couldn't be happier! I've attached a before and after photo. read more

What can I say? So much to be exact. My experience at the dentist was AMAZING!!! I was treated and cared for so well that it was unbelievable. It was more than I imagined. I had been following Dr. Rubinstein for about two years and felt like I knew him and the crew. But they intern treated me like they knew me. I moved from Cincinnati and haven't seen a dentist in almost a year. One of my coworkers recommended for me to come see Dr. Daniel, Marina and Alex Rubinshtein. I spoke to Gisela on the phone who was super sweet and comforting and made an appointment with ease. When I walked in the office I literally felt at home. Everyone was so friendly and the energy was good. I had a thorough exam by Dr. Daniel who was very meticulous and checked outside my mouth and inside. He made sure that not only are my teeth healthy but also overall health including an oral cancer exam. Which I never had in my life. Please don't visit this office, all they want is to rip you off, they don't treat you as a patient, you are a beg of money for them. On my firs visit they pretend like you very imported, very fake nice to you. I had only consultation and of course X-ray no treatment at all. They charged my insurance $300. The doctor told me I need to do two root canals and crown on of those teeth, my bill came up to $1900. Of course I went to second opinion and guess what? I needed only two feelings no crown (only $300). This office, family owned business not honest with their patients they just think who to charge there patients as much as they can. This is the BEST dental practice I have ever been to and they deserve a 100 rating! I had been researching to find the right cosmetic dentist for years and went to multiple consults to redo my veneers. When I came across Bensonhurst Dental and saw their before / after pictures, I immediately scheduled a consultation. Their work is just beautiful!! My first call to the practice was handled with care and consideration. I wasn't rushed off the phone like every other practice I had called prior. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and spent a good amount of time with me on the call to answer all of my questions prior to coming in for my appointment. The office aesthetics are super sleek, trendy and immaculate. It's warm and inviting and I've never waited to be seen (another plus). The consultation process was extremely thorough as well. You meet with all three doctors at the practice-Dr. Daniel, Dr. Marina and Dr. Alex. Never had I ever had such a thorough consultation by three highly skilled dentists before. It was so unique to have multiple experts review your case at one visit and work together to create a plan for your smile, and something I had never experienced at any other office. Their hygienists and dental assistants are also highly skilled and masters at what they do. It's like having a complete team of perfectionists working together to ensure your outcome meets your expectations. The entire staff at BD are so considerate and caring. I felt confident that this was the place for me! Through out my entire process the team there has been extremely patient, understanding, kind and meticulous. What is also important is the level of attention and care about the health of your gums. I had seen multiple other dentists who glazed right over that detail and went straight to discussing the veneers. I just finished having my veneers redone, my gums have never been so healthy and I've never felt more confident! Their work (their artistry I should say), has exceeded my expectations and I am SO happy I found this practice!! I HIGHLY recommend them! If you are looking for a dentist and are not sure who to choose, look no further because this is your place. Trust their process and you won't be disappointed! I have been looking for an amazing cosmetic dentist for the past three years. I live in TriBeCa and have been to so many cosmetic dentists for consultations regarding how to improve my smile and be the most conservative. The " top" doctors in Manhattan that I went to either spent so little time during the consultation or I felt they were pushing me to do a procedure that I didn't want. I opened my mind to see other cosmetic dentists in the tristate area. Thank god I did because I found Dr. Daniel Rubinshtein. He had amazing reviews and his Instagram showcased his work and personality. The trip was fairly short to get to his office in Brooklyn and when I walked in I felt like I was in a hotel. The design, smell and decor was beautiful. His team super warm and friendly. The customer service was five star. Than I got to meet Dr. Daniel and he spent so much time during the consultation to help make sure I was happy with the options and comfortable. This past week I finished my smile and the results came out perfect. He was able to show me what the results could look like before we even got started so I knew what to expect. I'm looking forward to celebrate a big family event coming up and show off my new smile read more

Just like anybody else, I despised and feared the visit to (or just the thought of) dentist. After having a disappointing experience at a dentist in Queens, I feared it even more, which resulted in 3-year time out. Within these 3 years, my teeth decay progresses severely but it was time to face the truth one way or the other. So, my boyfriend found the best reviewed dental practitioners nearby. I was skeptical because it is almost impossible to have such perfect reviews in dentist experience. But it turned out that it was the best dentist I have ever been to. Since my treatment started, it has only been two months. I had a tooth extraction, root canal, and several cavity treatments. I had virtually NO PAIN. Of course, some minor discomfort occurred after treatments but Dr. Daniel Rubinstein and Dr. Alex Rubinstein made sure that I was fully numb and comfortable to start the treatment. What I love the most about Bensonhurst Dental Care (more than those goodie bags) is that they have such warm and compassionate team including the doctors, receptionists, and hygienists. They are always very attentive to your concerns because they know how dental treatment could be a nerve-wrecking event to everyone. On the first visit, I had a short counseling session to tell what I look into dental works. After my tooth extraction, Dr. Daniel Rubinstein called me see how I was feeling. Receptionist would call me to see how I am while promoting next appointments. And then on, I felt good about going to the dentist because I was able to trust my dentist. And that is very important for me that I can trust the doctors and care providers. I recommend Bensonhurst dental care to all of my friends and everyone. It is the best, caring, and meticulous dentist ever! Doctors and receptionists are very charming and funny too! read more
