This is a really nice hotel nearby Heathrow airport . The room is big, clean & and has all you need, such as dryer and iron . The breakfast has various choices. Their hotel staff are friendly & very helpful. Too bad we stayed only a night here on the way back to the US after the long European trip. Definitely, we would be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Okay, I found out that this place is actually pretty pricey, though that probably shouldn't surprise anybody considering that it does happen to be located in London, and the rooms are actually a pretty decent size. Mind you, I probably did what most of the guests do when they stay here, and that is to stay for a single night so that they can get up early so that they can catch their plane. It wasn't too bad, though you certainly can't walk to the airport - despite it being across the road. However, being in the suburbs, there are some nice walks to take, and some decent pubs nearby as well. Oh, and the staff are quite helpful as well.

This is a lovely hotel so long as you stay in the lobby and restaurant. The bar serves very good wine and the soup and salad offerings at dinner were very good. I especially liked that several items were flagged as vegetarian and gluten-free pasta was available. The breakfast buffet is really lovely with quaint mini milk jug smoothies and a large selection. The rooms are another story. I could really pass on the decor, but that alone would not have prompted a negative review from me. However the bathroom was simply not clean. As seen in the pictures, there is mildew on the tile and rust around the drain. Worst of all, the shower curtain had not been recently washed and reeked of mildew so strongly it would leave the smell on your skin if you touched it. Very gross.

Huge, nice and clean. Old world charm with a modern flare. Close proximity to the Heathrow Airport reason why we stayed the night as needed to catch our flight back home the next day. Didn't hear a thang despite being an airport. Mini Gym- threadmills and weights, able to get my workout done. Happy...! I've gotten used to the English service at this point. No high expectations nor demanded one. Restaurant downstairs is the same...bland & boring food with subpar service. Server acted like he could not be bothered even for a glass of water! I wouldn't mind staying here again. I'm frugal and that's alright with me. Establishment meets my needs. Remember it's all about the experience and thrills. Grateful to have a place to spend the night..comfy bed, nice shower and a peaceful night sleep. Sweet dreams, mate!

Cheap rates are on their website, book it from there. I also liked the friendly service in the front. Fish and chips cost 14 gbp at the restaurant- a must try. The rooms are fine, double bed is enough size for two people! No plugs or chargers on the bedside, but it is right in front of you on the tv area. No toothpaste- you can request for this though. It also cost 20 gbp to get a taxi from the airport to here, roughly a 10 minute ride from the airport. Breakfast at 6am, costs 10 gbp per per Update: changed the rating to 1, they charged me twice on my card. Mind you, I booked from their website. Keep calling them, front desk picks up and hangs up immediately. Will call my bank.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport which makes it an ideal location to use if your in a similar situation. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly I found. The room was good size with seperate toilet and bathroom, coffee available and comfortable bed. The shower was large and powerful and just what you need to wake you up before a flight. I opted to have dinner here as well and the food was quite good. I had fish and chips, sweet potato soup and ice cream to finish. The soup came out after the main which was a bit weird but oh well right. The soup was average while the fish and chips were very good. Representing the way the british serve them. The ice cream for dessert was so basic anyone could have served it. Was straight from the packet without much effort. The breakfast buffet was large and offered a grest array of hot foods, pastries, fruits, cereals among other things. Plenty of selection and you definitely wouldn't leave asking for more food. Overall good hotel.

While I certainly thought it was an OK hotel, I have to admit I wasn't particularly impressed with it. Nothing was exactly wrong with the hotel - it was clean, well maintained. The rooms and beds were as comfortable as they usually are to me (hotel beds tend to be a bit firmer than what I like). They have a business center, wi-fi, a gym, the usual amenities. Truthfully, I can't comment on them that much since my mother and I were really only here long enough to drop off stuff initially - and after that we went right to bed so that we could get to the airport early the next morning. My biggest problem with the hotel is ultimately their lack of information about some of the amenities they offer - particularly related to the shuttle service. When I stayed here, it was for one night prior to my flying back home to the US. Since we had stayed in the middle of London for the past week, and we didn't want to walk around the city with our suitcases all day, my mother and I brought our stuff here during the afternoon. We planned to use the shuttle buses to get to the hotel, and then to head back to the Tube via the bus so we could enjoy one last evening in London. And this is a hotel that boasts on its website, "The hotel is perfectly placed for day trips to London's museums, shops and galleries." So we figured our plan was solid. Little did we realize that the shuttle buses cost something like 5 pounds per person, and I believe per trip (though I think there was a slight discount for buying a round trip ticket). As far as I can remember there was absolutely no warning about this cost in advance when our hotel was booked via a travel agency. As of my writing this review I don't see any notice about this on their website, either. Another thing to keep in mind is that the shuttle isn't a shuttle associated with this specific hotel - it's a service that works with multiple hotels. The result is that any commute you're planning on making won't be a speedy one. You'll need to plan on riding in a loop between multiple hotels and the airport. And you'll want to give yourself plenty of time to ride in to the airport - last thing you want is to have to rush to your flight after a long shuttle ride and a slow day at security. Again, as a hotel, this place is just fine. The hotel itself did its job and gave me a decent place to sleep for a night. But they definitely need to look into offering more information in advance to guests who plan on using their shuttle service. Normally I wouldn't focus on the shuttle so much, especially since it's not operated by the hotel itself. But as a hotel that's offering itself as a convenient place to stay for tourists and travelers (in an area where said tourists and travelers are dependent on shuttles and public transit) any and all information related to the shuttle is an extremely important part of anyone's experience here. And guests deserve to know in advance what they're getting into - and, more importantly, NEED to know to ensure they have enough cash on hand for their commutes.

The carpet and some furnishings can be dated, but the bathrooms are updated and everything looks clean. Bathrooms look updated, very meticulously clean. The food: the good news: we got in late, but luckily, they have a handful of dishes served 24/7. The food was decent, nothing special but nice. They deliver it to the room. Chicken club was good, and the chips were nice, though not super crispy. The bad news: I think the chicken wing portion was a bit small for $15. The bleu cheese wasn't great. I was charged 5 pounds for a "tray charge," which was confusing, because it's not listed on the menu and I certainly didn't need the tray. The spring rolls definitely have the frozen taste and just too sweet for me. They delivered two bottles of coke, but no bottle opener. We tried to open it ourselves on the side of the counter, and the glass broke, so just a bit frustrating. I called and they brought one right up, though, so lesson learned. (I just wish they'd been a bit kinder or even given an apology for the oversight as opposed to acting like we're asking for something extreme.) Overall, I'd recommend staying for sure.
