Small boutique hotel that is really more like a landmark. Highly recommend. Perfect location, amazing ambiance, great place to meet new people. The rooftop bar is a very special place.

I'd stay here again in a heart beat. It's an older building that's received a complete face lift. Yes, the floors may creak a bit, rooms are small and the lift is slow but it's Europe! It reminds me of a W Hotel's stylishness, a little rock, a little zen, lots of glamour. Black wall paper, velvet, leather, chrome, skulls, crystals. I got a great deal on Jetsetter for $200 a night, woot woot! My room faced out back, looking at a modern office building. Not the best view but quiet. The bathroom was a good size, with a free rainfall shower head in one corner. Since there was no shower door or curtain, water pretty much gets all over the floor but they do provide slippers you can use to not get your feet wet after. Be sure to check out the roof top bar. Drinks are pricey at $18 but delicious. Small bites are served too. Location can't be beat. Less than 10 minute walk to Picadilly or Oxford Circus stations. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping nearby. Definitely more of a trendy/posh neighborhood. Breakfast was also great. It's a buffet for about $12 or you can order a la carte. They even toasted me some gluten-free bread and cooked me some oatmeal to order. They have several gluten-free vegan cereals to chose from as well as fresh fruit and almond or soy milk. The coconut chia muesli they buy from Whole Foods is tha bomb. I went back for three refills. American coffee is also fantastic. Restaurant was also peaceful and quiet. Nothing worse than starting your day in one of those hectic and noisy hotel breakfast rooms, ugh! You will leave her feeling zen.

The only reason we found this place was because they had a stall out on regent street last Sunday at the Regent Street Summer Fest. We had already had a heavy brunch before strolling on this street and none of the food options could entice us to eat anymore but the offer of free cocktails from Karma Sanctum Soho was worth trying. We filled out the form and were told that we would have to walk up to their hotel bar on the next street to have our cocktails. The street the hotel is on is just parallel to regent Street, but an extremely quiet one. The bar was just at the entry. The hotel had a slightly run down feel to it and it looked like most of the customers who had come in, were there to redeem their free cocktails. 2 cocktails & 2 mocktails were on the menu that we could redeem from. I requested the blackberry with egg white one and my cousin asked for the mojito. I loved my drink, but she found hers too sour. The experience didn't induce us to buy anymore drinks. She used the washroom and said it was very fancy, I found the food theme photo shoot on the bar walls interesting, but I don't see myself going back.

The ambience is not great: quite dark and empty for a weekend. Their afternoon tea is a great idea but the savoury side of the menu doesn't really deliver. However their brownie is incredible and the cigar at the end is a nice touch

Good food but awful deserts, for the price almost the same as the Savoy I expected much more... it definitively doesnt worth 5 stars. Excellent service though.

    Interesting decor!!

Adorable and it's in the heart of Soho. Close to Carnaby Street. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk went out of their way to understand and accommodate our room preferences based on availability, which we greatly appreciated. Our Executive King room was a highlight, the bed felt extra wide compared to a standard king, the pillows and mattress were exceptionally comfortable, and the robes in the room were super soft. Thanks to the high-quality, double-paned windows, all street noise was blocked out, and we all slept incredibly well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London!

She made sure our luggage was delivered and answered our questions. She made me feel valued as a customer and at ease on a stressful travel day. The hotel is located within walking distance of the tube, Oxford street with Selfridges as well as many restaurants. There is a taxi rank located right outside which was very convenient. The rooms were very comfortable with plentiful amenities like complimentary bottled water, mini fridge, robes and slippers, etc. The bed was so soft and there were a good variety of channels on the television. All staff we interacted with at the hotel were helpful and kind. There was a fire evacuation on one of the days we were there and an announcement came on the loud speaker informing us to leave and staff members guided us to the exit quickly. The buffet breakfast was nice with omelets by request, a variety of hot and cold items (bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, baked beans, pancakes/waffles, fresh fruit and vegetables, juices, cereal, yogurt, pastries). There were servers to clear your plates and provide drinks. We had drinks one evening at the bar and Marco was such an entertaining and efficient bartender. He made our evening memorable and put so much attention into making our cocktails and providing us with information about the signature drinks available. Overall I would stay here again! The location was wonderful and we had a very comfortable stay.

The service is incredibly friendly and accommodating- The doorman graciously helped me get my heavy luggage up the front steps, the folks at the lobby and concierge helped make sure we were quickly set up with our room and info on a car to the airport after our visit, etc. The room was pristine and also tastefully decorated. Plus- We slept SO WELL on their bed! And finally a hotel that still uses a duvet cover (rather than two sheets around the comforter). Though we didn't get to try the Afternoon Tea, we really enjoyed our quick meal at the pub located in the building- The Wigmore. We'd definitely stay again! The other options are the Champagne Afternoon Tea (£110 per person), the Rosé Champagne Afternoon Tea (£125 per person), and the Seasonal Afternoon Tea (£125 per person). The sandwiches were nothing to write home about, but the scones were phenomenal (the best we had during our entire trip). I was too full to try the pastries, but they kindly packaged them for take-away. They also gave us an extra pastry for my mom's birthday, which was greatly appreciated. As expected, they had a wide variety of teas. I'm no tea connoisseur, so it's hard for me to comment much other than to say that I really enjoyed the two I tried. The service was excellent, and the interior was beautiful (and made even better by the live music). This was the only afternoon tea experience I had while in England, but I can't imagine it getting much better. Worth a visit!

This is absolutely not an accidental "let's just grab a quick drink" kind of place. You're committing financially the second you sit down. But the second the service starts, you kind of get it. Everything felt effortless in that very polished London luxury way. My gin martini was perfect. Not "good." Perfect. Cold, balanced, exactly what you want a martini to taste like when you're paying Claridge's prices. We also had champagne and just sat there for a while soaking it all in. The whole experience felt like a masterclass in hospitality. Also, and I need to mention this because it genuinely made an impression on me: they might have the nicest bathrooms I've ever used in my life. Truly. Painful for the wallet. Fantastic for the soul.

The rooms can be a bit small and there is very little room to put your toiletries in the bathroom. That one detail is definitely not up to the normal Hotel Indigo standard in my opinion. Whoever designed the bathroom should never be hired again! This should be a 3 star review based on that. But.... The saving grace was the front desk and the maintenance guy. We quickly discovered that our safe didn't work. The front desk got the maintenance guy to our room quickly and he reset it. When we were ready to leave, it failed again so they summoned the maintenance guy again. He reset it but it failed again. So he proceeded to replace the safe. Those things are HEAVY!!! The poor guy had to lug it up from downstairs, unbox it, take out the old one, install the new one and then lug the old one back downstairs!! This guy was sweating profusely but handled everything so professionally. So kudos to him and the front desk for making this happen so quickly, thus the 4 stars!!
