I reached out to other studios and they told me that the wrong rod was used on my eye and I would need to get this relaxed. When I brought that up to Glenda, she told me this is normal (once again) and that this is just how my eyelashes react to this process, but that she could try to make it even. My eyelashes became even more curled and uncomfortable. On top of this, she left the room a number of times while I had the perming solution on my eyes. This made me uncomfortable because I had never had these products on my face and did not know how I would react. I thought this was a normal process, but I have gotten my lashes lifted twice since this service, and each time it has been significantly more comfortable and the results have been better, for over half the price. Additionally, my artist has never left the room, and ensures I am comfortable the entire time.

When I brought the issue up, she was gaslighting me telling me that she couldn't thread the other one because it would take a big part of the hair off. Why then would you take more hair from the other eyebrow leaving it thin then? Arezo actually does a very well job, takes her time, is very kind, and GENTLE. The last time I had lash extensions put in was quite painful and I had told her that I was nervous about it. She said it shouldn't hurt at all! And indeed it didn't hurt! I felt ZERO pain.
