After coming home, when I looked at the medical notes on app, I was very SHOCKED to see that he mentioned that I asked for a fracture boot! I don't think she understood my concern because she explained to me that she cannot confirm whether my insurance will charge me or not. A few hours later, I decided it was probably better to find a doctor closer to me so... 2:05PM: I called the office again and it went to voicemail. She called me back right away from another number and just said "yeah?".... so unprofessional that she didn't say who she was but I recognized her voice.
