Why not having the decency/courtesy to call me directly to let me know? Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. She said "ok just tell the office when you're here that day". I wanted to make sure that it's on the record that I'm only coming for the annual physical (and NOT the pap also) since I don't want her to charge my insurance for both visits. I don't think she understood my concern because she explained to me that she cannot confirm whether my insurance will charge me or not. A few hours later, I decided it was probably better to find a doctor closer to me so... 2:05PM: I called the office again and it went to voicemail. She called me back right away from another number and just said "yeah?".... so unprofessional that she didn't say who she was but I recognized her voice. I said "I have a June 8 appointment and I'd like to cancel it please." And she said "yeah that's fine" and hung up without confirming anything else. I tried calling her back but she didn't pick up.
