I desperately called YVC since we are patients there and they told me to come right down to assess the damage of the frame. Lucky for me, the gentlman that helped me said her lenses were good but the frame was beyind repair. He patiently looked and found a similar size and color frame and was able to put the lenses in the new frame!!!!! Eye's express actually had a doctor on the premises and an open slot, with a reasonable price, considering that we didn't have insurance. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was kind and professional. A great experience. I'll be back soon to get a new contact lens and glasses prescription, even though the store is not that close. I guess a ton of people don't come here because they had pretty much any slot I wanted available for an appointment as well. As for the doctor, I had the female doctor, can't remember her name, EXTREMELY nice! I've worn glasses since the first grade, and have seen my share of nasty or cold optomologist, this one was so pleasant and helpful. I have been using my glasses a lot more and turns out my prescription went down significantly (yay glasses!) and she tried 3 different sets slightly different to get me the perfect fit. As for glasses they have a ton to choose from, at affordable prices - about $70. The ONLY mistake I made was that I did not get the anti glare option bc I thought it was some gimmick, anddddd my new lenses have like an EXTREME glare, almost difficult to see at times. I really wish the saleslady would've explained how important this was, versus offering it in the same breath as the glasses that turn into sunglasses and the anti scratch insurance.....I mean, really. Anyway, I would recommend coming back, especially when they are running a promotion. Make sure to check for coupons in the paper and on their website as well!

Don't know what happened in the past year or so but it's an entirely different experience. I had made appointments online and we showed up a few minutes early. One appointment got "lost". Here we go. Gonna be a long night. They weren't able to schedule both of us that day afterall but they did apologize profusely. They took my daughter right back for an immediate exam and 20 minutes later Jada was helping her pick out frames and making sure they fit correctly as well as offering a second opinion on frames that she wouldn't look good in. (Thanks for the help!). We ordered everything and she said it would be two weeks on the outside to get them in. Meanwhile I had rebooked an appointment for the same time the following week. The day of my appointment, they let me know her glasses we in. It was a repeat of the previous week, immediate exam and help with the frames (this time for me) and she (Jada) then fitted my daughters glasses for her. A week later my glasses were in and she fitted mine. Kudos! She knew what she was doing. Did not try and upsell or downsell to insurance. Was polite and friendly the entire time and never gave the impression we were keeping her from playing on her phone or something. She actually helped. Imagine that!!

I had a first eye exam for glasses and contacts done on 5-24-2025 , I bought two pairs of glasses…read moreand contacts, i got the contacts and glasses on 6-7, picked them up they messed up on my eye glasses, and the contacts i couldn't even see out of them, I went back twice for the glasses and they kept one pair to "fix, and i have to bring the other one back once the other is fixed, i asked about the contacts and they told me there was nothing they could do except make another appt with the eye doctor, i scheduled it for saturday on 6-14, the only time the "eye doctor" could do it, I asked about my other glasses and they said "you can ask tomorrow". i just received a call from them telling me that i need to reschedule cause my insurance won't take a second appt, they said my scripts have expired. I NEVER GOT ANY SCRIPTS FROM THEM TIL NOW SO HOW COULD IT EXPIRE, THEY SAID I GOT CONTACTS FROM THEM LAST YEAR AND I NEVER HAD AN EYE EXAM FROM THEM OR CONTACTS, THEY PUT IN THE WRONG SCRIPTS, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO HELP. I EMAILED THE COMPANY TWICE AND WAITING.

I can only add to that because he was professional and had a great manner about him and it was evident he was not only professional but he really knew his stuff. I was very very impressed. He did a wonderful job, and now I can actually see! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this man and his abilities. The surgery was quick and comfortable, and I woke up with my sight back. I have nothing to say but good about this man. He's the best, and if you want the best, with which your eyesight deserves then I would recommend you see him and have him do the surgery. He really is the best!
