Worst experience ever. When we made our appointments told me I have never been there. When i was there three years earlier. Person on phone was rude and not helpful at all. This was Lens Crafters and not Orlen Eye Care. Originally had made appointments in December of 2025. Sent one copy of other place where we got our eyes check and the day of our appointment said they never received it. Again this is not Orlen but Lens Crafters. Anyway do not go to Lens Crafters. Orlen Eye Care is great and thorough. After exam go some other place for glasses. read more

Rude, unprofessional, BS you and pressure-sell you. When you have a problem, get ready to be treated like dirt, have to call corporate, and then wait 5 days and play pen pal with corporate to maybe ever get any resolution. Be warned. They tried to pressure me to buy every feature listed. When i went to pick them up, I saw right away that the frames were not the ones I ordered.Damar was rude as all get out when I had to return the wrong frames. Tim tried to BS me to death and said "You can return them within 30 days, no questions asked." I told him it's an hour drive each way, and that I have mobility problems. He said it would be "no problem to return them." I called to tell them again that they are the wrong frames and I don't like them any better at home. No answer - machine says will call back within 2 days. 2 weeks went by, calling every few days, never got a call back. My spouse got a message, and when I called back, Damar was cutting me off and throwing attitude at word one. Turns out returning them IS a problem. They claim they can't cancel the payment, can't accept return by mail, and all this has to be done in person 2 hours drive on a person in pain. That's not what you said in the store when you wanted me to walk out with them. Should've read the reviews before I went. Don't buy frames there, order them online and just get your script filled. read more

I have always gone through an eye doctor to get glasses. My glass frames broke and when I went to my eye doctor, I saw that they went out of business... I ordered new ones and went to Lens crafters for help. I was made to feel very welcome and the lady who helped me and the optometrist, John were incredible. They fixed me up and I will not hesitate to go back! The frame choices are incredible and I already found something I want as soon as my insurance kicks in! Thank you! Naomi. read more

Visited LensCrafters Store 198 (Holyoke Mall) because my Mom's glasses were digging into her nose. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Karen, we explained the issue, and she immediately changed the nose pads on my mom's glasses to a softer plastic. Problem fixed! I sent in my prescription to the manager Akeeva along with my old glasses and asked if they could put new lenses in the frames. He assured they could which save me a lot of money. He kept me updated on their progress, when they went out, when they arrived and asked if I wanted them shipped to my home. (Covid times) I was incredibly grateful for the attentive service, the constant updates, his professionalism and kindness and for saving me some money. I went to get another pair of glasses at the Eastfield Mall, the guy who helped me couldn't be bother . i had gotten glasses there last year . I had asked him to look up my prescription and he did but said my insurance had not updated. Another worker came to the guy and said that had happen all week and we just wrote up the order. Lenscrafters used to be great.....over the last 25 years, I have purchased many pairs of glasses and always got them in about an hour. Now suddenly, I have to wait 7 -10 business days to get my glasses??? WTF!!! The worst part is, they are telling me that they have never carried my lenses and that I have always had to wait on them to order them. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE !!!!!!!! The glasses I have on my face right now, I got from the East field Mall about 3 years ago in less than an hour. SHAME PN YOU LENSCRAFTERS!!!!! STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! Employees are rude. You walk in and no one even acknowledges a customer. Awful customer service. Also when ordering glasses the TIME FRAME is awful. They say anywhere between 5-10 days but yet end up waiting longer. Then when glasses finally come in they're done WRONG. Will not do anything through this company again. read more

Friendly Prompt Helped me choose Made em fast, which is why I came here. I'm an impatient mofo sometimes. Glasses are wonky. My eyes can't figure out what to do. Disorienting. And these are my driving glasses!! Lol. Also, my receipt revealed a few mods I hadn't requested. Aaargh!! You get thirty days. I'm heading back for a fix. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. First pair of glasses I was told a time and day to pick them up, showed up and they weren't even started. I was told that I should have never been given a pickup time, so I wasted a trip out there. This was nothing compared to the second pair we got though. The new glasses were adjusted, melting the lens in the process and ruining them. They at least replaced the lens they ruined. A few days later we were told to come in and it would just take a few minutes to replace the lens. After waiting for a long time at the counter a clerk finally helped us. She told us it would take an hour. When we tried to tell her what happened and that we were told it would take minutes she got super rude and condescending. She then realized that the lens was already cut and told us it would be a few minutes. She continued to be rude. She then told us the woman who was a manager would help us. She continued to treat us with the same dismissive and rude attitude. Treating us like we did something wrong. The glasses came back bent out if shape. Went through the same treatment asking for the glasses to please fit. They still were not fitted properly. At that point we couldn't take the abuse any longer and left. Now have $600 worth of glasses that don't even fit. At no time this day did anyone apologize in any way. They melted our glasses, ruined the frames, and treated us like dirt. I wish I could give them 0 stars but I can't. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. The saleswoman was so disrespectful and rude. I had gone to the mall specifically to go to lenscrafters because someone told me they were the most inexpensive around so I asked another person to help me. while I was being helped by a new saleswoman the rude disrespectful woman was staring at me to the point where I had to say something. It was crazy !! I spoke with the manager but im sure Nothing happened. The glasses ended up being way over priced they charged 200.00 dollars for the most basic lenses you can get no scratch resistant Nothing and i broughtmy own frames. To top it all off i never got the glasses covid happened and they shut down. The malls opened back up but they haven't! If they do open back up please save yourself the trip and go to target optical or anywhere other then lenscrafters. read more

The doctors at this location are great. The pricing and invoicing for the product is the worst. They invoices are miss leading in what they are charging you and billing the insurance. Their customer service is less than helpful and although I really love the doctors at Orlean I won't be doing any business with Lens Crafters again read more

I went back to visit lens crafters at Holyoke mall After a bad customer service. Again, very, very bad, bad service. I was ignored when I walked in and a lady mentioned someone would be with me in a few minutes and NEVER did. As I waited trying on glasses I noticed customers coming in and their staff greeted and assisted others. Do not go to this place. The trully have the worst service ever. Horrible experience yet again. Told glasses would be ready in an hour. Went back 1 hour and 20 minutes later and told another 15 minutes, waited 20 minutes and asked again, another 10 minutes. Really! Then couldn't find me in the computer, whole ordeal took 2 1/2 hours. One gentleman there did apologize even though he was not the person to wait on me. Had similar bad experience last year but went back yesterday because they were under warranty. Never going back again. The doctors in the back are great though read more

Bought an expensive pair of frames at Lenscrafters at Ingleside and less than six months later they've got two defective pieces. Went to Lenscrafers and encountered a culture of "no". A young woman checked my purchase and was not only unhelpful but rude. Next a male manager came over and he was worse. They told me to call the manufacturer directly. Do NOT go to this LensCrafters... I had a friend go here to have her glasses re-fitted to her face and when she brought them home she noticed the lens of the glasses were pulling out of the frame.. She brought it back to the same guy and he ADMITTED that he broke them but was not obligated to fix them and that she would just need to buy a new pair of glasses! Ansolutely insane. read more
