We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. We landed at 10PM--with TODDLERS--so you already know I was preparing for chaos, exhaustion, and a long night. But from the moment we stepped off that plane, everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The transition from the airport, to baggage claim, to getting us loaded up was completely seamless. No waiting, no confusion, no hassles! just pure luxury and professionalism. Ben was absolutely AMAZING from the very beginning. He handled the booking process, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly even with less than 24 hours notice for a large party. That alone deserves recognition because not everyone can pull that off so effortlessly. And Fabian; our driver was just as incredible! He was professional, patient, and made sure we were all comfortable the entire ride. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. Everything was smooth, safe, and on point from start to finish. Now let's talk about the ride because WOW. We were picked up in an all-black Mercedes Sprinter van with leather seats, and it was CLEAN, spacious, and gave luxury all the way. After a long travel day, being able to sit back, relax, and ride in comfort with the kids was everything we needed. And yes, we were able to connect our Bluetooth and play our own music, which just set the vibe for the entire ride! And if that wasn't enough, I even forgot my daughter's iPad in the vehicle (mom brain is real especially after traveling ), and they made sure it was returned to me safely. That level of honesty and care meant so much to me and just confirmed I made the right choice. Booking last minute with a big group, traveling late with toddlers, and still having everything go THIS smoothly is rare but they made it happen with no stress at all. If you're looking for reliable, luxury, top-tier service with people who actually care BOOK WITH THEM. Period. Ben and Fabian made my daughter's birthday experience even more special, and I'm beyond grateful. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be booking again

The gentleman who delivered us back to the airport was just as professional as the first driver. On time and willing to help us with our luggage. Renting a car, paying the parking fees at the hotel and at the parks doesn't make sense unless you're staying at a hotel that's off property. The shuttle service that both Disney and the "good neighbor" hotels are wonderful (generally on time, drops you off at the park(s) and are free). DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN!! I booked back in July for our trip last…read moreweek and made it very clear that I needed two car seats. One for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Both trips they only gave car seats that were front facing. The first trip I let it go even though it was terrifying to have my husband hold his arm up against our barely 19 lb one year old to protect him but the second trip I realized this company truly doesn't care to keep kids safe. I had to sit back with my son to keep my arm against my son to make sure if there was an accident that he would hopefully be protected but it was so stressful. Speaking to their management they tried to pin it on me that I didn't ask for specific car seats. They had me give the age of my kids when I booked. I even double checked before my trip that they'd have a car seat specifically for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Those ages are specified multiple times on my confirmation emails and my invoice. In what world do you put a one year old in a front facing car seat that's at least not convertible to put them in facing the back?! They offered a refund for the car seats cost but at this point I don't care if I get it or not. I care that no one ever books with this company that has small children because they will not take the time to make sure your kids are safe. There were other issues too with having the driver not be at baggage like they said they would and having to push for help with our bags but that's low on the totem pole. This company is garbage and should be ashamed of themselves.
