My only issue was that I specifically asked for provolone cheese because I do not like yellow cheese, especially American cheese, but they still did not add the cheese I requested. I also placed an advance order for a dozen bagels and cream cheese, which turned out great. The pickup time was before 7 a.m., and it worked out perfectly since the lines don't start forming until later. The place was quiet, and there were plenty of tables available. One thing I really enjoyed was that they offered an extra 6 bagels with the purchase of each dozen, which was a nice bonus. 12-28-25 Needed a few bagels for a quick breakfast thing after picking up at CVS. Waited on the very long slow line, looking at the food and wishing it didn't gross me out so much. Behind the counter, just sitting out unattended, the entire time I waited which was over 20 minutes, was a full side of smoked salmon. Waiting to be sliced. I'm sure it had been there a while before I walked in and even more sure it sat there long after I left. Thing is, that salmon needs to be kept cold to avoid getting anyone sick. It just sat there getting warm. How the health department hasn't closed this place down I have no idea. I reasoned with myself that there was nothing to get me sick in a bagel and took them to go. They have so much good looking stuff here that I want to try, but I can't past them bagels cause they're really ON POINT. Next day, I thought give it another go, glad I came back by here. I wanted to take bagels to my customer and had stopped at a Dunkin Donuts previously. I can't even describe how much of a difference it makes coming to a place that is specifically a bagel store. Much larger selection. Considerably fresher. Also, even more surprisingly, about half the price. I didn't try any of the warm options, but if you want a bagel sandwich they can hook you up with that as well. Coffee and drinks (juices and sodas) they have everything you need to get going in the morning. If I'm in the area again I will totally be coming back here again. Recently decided to order off of DoorDash for Sunday breakfast. Since it was online I cant attest to the atmosphere inside, just my experience with ordering. I liked the menu items and found them to be interesting. I created two egg sandwiches, which had a lot of choices but got pricey. I ended up paying $9 a piece for a simple sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese, hash brown, and sausage, egg, cheese, has brown), which I was definitely turned off by. After ordering through doordash the store was very delayed in confirming my order. The delivery driver arrived to the store ~15 mins after I submitted the order and after him being there was told they hadn't even started making my order yet and it would be another 10 mins or so. It took almost an hour since ordering to actually receive my food, and this was due to the stores delay in starting my order. The estimated time was 30 mins so this was disappointing to me. Once the food arrived the sandwiches were very good. Loved the bagel that my sausage egg and cheese was on and found it to be hearty. Still likely not worth $9 though. I had also ordered an iced coffee that came with no ice, which was odd. While I did like the meal I had, the delay and price kind of turn me away from ordering again. I would give it another chance and go into the store itself next time and see if that yields better results. read more

I love Lenny's! I have been going since I was a little girl (now I am 22) and it's always been amazing. I found out over the summer that I had Celiac Disease, and Lenny's has GF bagels that are delicious! The service is quick and everyone is very friendly. So it's finally time to seek out a new place for bagels! The tables were dirty and sticky (not to mention completely beat up and should be tossed to the curb), thank goodness I took the top off my coffee to stir the sugar because the Half and Half had curdled, and the deciding factor is what they are charging for jelly with a cream cheese bagel! I asked for the jelly on the side and they put it in the smallest container (4 oz.). Now please note the weight and how much they charged! Not even three ounces and $2.32!! We used to get those little individual jelly that were maybe a tablespoon, some restaurants even have them on each table! Another thing to note is the sticker says "cream cheese", so is jelly the same price as cream cheese? Are they charging for a higher priced item? This place is normally hit or miss. Went here for the second time in two weeks and had issues both times. The first time a friend got food poisoning, and the next her chicken was undercooked. Let me say first that I do love this place! They make the best low carb bagels! I ordered 3 bagels and cream cheese.. I know they are busy on Saturday morning that is why I ordered for pick up.. went at the time they said it would be ready. It wasn't so I waited.. after a 10 min wait I had to ask for my food. I am not complaining about the wait time it happens. My issue is while waiting for my order I saw that they were filling all the large orders first and neglecting the small ones.. there was I and another person waiting for our small orders. Lenny's makes all-around great bagels with some unique combos you haven't seen anywhere else.. my favorites right now are the oat-everything (an oat bagel covered with 'everything') and the bad boy (a nice yellow egg bagel with poppy, onion, garlic). one thing i like about Lenny's is when you get a bagel with something on it, it is hard to tell which is the top and bottom - its covered all over, not just a little sesame seeds sprinkled on top or some onion, its covered nice and you get the flavor on both sides! they make em fresh here, not trucked in. you can see them coming out of the dough machine in little rolled rings and all the baking and boiling going on in the back. i have had sandwiches and soup here and they are also very good - but the bagels are some of the best i have come across in westchester county.
