Man if I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery guy is awful- two times I had to cancel an order because they have the wrong address in Grubhub on their end. Mind you I never have issues like this with other restaurants in the area and just ordered using the app last night...no issues. Like EVER lol. I was on the phone trying to tell him where my apt is and he keeps telling me . No. That's wrong. Yes because I don't know where I live apparently lmao. I will never be back. As a business if you don't know how to use the app properly-then don't use it and just hire regular delivery person. Hey, you know that cute little bagel shop in the NewRoc strip mall? It's super clean, and everything looks fresh. Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit of a squeeze since they only have a small lot. Friendly service. We had a nice nosh trying the mini bagels with cream cheese and lox--yum! Plus, they have these tiny containers for the spreads, which is perfect if you're just grabbing a couple of bagels. The prices are pretty fair, and cash is always the way to go to avoid those POS fees. read more

My ride or die bagel shop in New Ro! I love their flat bagels which you can't find at many places are here. Aside from bagels, they have sandwiches and pastries. They also have smoothies! It gets really busy in here in the weekends to get here early. The place is small so there isn't a lot of seating. Overall, would recommend. read more

I came here a few times to pick up brekkie for the fam. They have something for everyone and they're not too far from the homestead, only about 10 minutes, since they're located so close to the highway. They get pretty busy in the AM hours so it's best to have an idea of what you want to order so as not to hold up the line of have to wait to order and end up letting people ahead of you because you're not ready. Everything is good. The make decent sandwiches. Their bagel sandos are very good. I've even had a couple of their smoothies and they're good also. The only problem with the smoothies is that they take a reallying time for them to prepare so if someone ahead of you is also order one or two smoothies, be prepared to wait. I think the guy making smoothies got so overwhelmed one day, that he mixed up mine and another woman's order. In the end, I received what I was supposed to, but the wait was ridiculous. Of I'm ever in the area, I'll stop by and pick something up but I wouldn't go out of my way to make the drive. read more

I am too through with this place. It used to be one of my favorite breakfast stops for years but today was my last day. It's the second visit my order got screwed up. Earlier this morning, it wasn't overly busy. Waited a while only to find out that ketchup that I didn't ask for had been added to one of the sandwiches. Fine, people make mistakes. Try again. I waited a while again only to come home and find out that they just attempted to scrape the ketchup off and put the egg on a new roll. Gross! Just about lost my appetite and now I'm hangry. Almost $22 for two sandwiches and two drinks. Currently retrying breakfast somewhere else. Not worth it. It was a rainy morning in New York and I wanted a breakfast sandwich that wasn't too far from me. When I did a general google search I found Bagel Zone and it was less than 5 miles from my hotel. Because of the weather I ordered through Uber Eats for delivery and I got my food pretty fast. I ordered a everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese, it was fresh and hot on arrival. The sausage egg and cheese bagel was filling and bagel with cream cheese and lox was refreshing on a hot summer morning. Small shop with a great panini selection, fresh and tasty bagels, good selection of fresh cream cheese and a really good iced coffee. I'll come in sometimes just for an iced coffee. My bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches are always loaded with good quality bacon- an area that some places skimp on. Yes, there is usually a long line in the breakfast rush, especially on weekends, yes the line moves slow, but there are limited employees who are all very nice, so I never mind waiting. Clean place. The cream cheeses and spreads selection is sparse was the first thing I noticed. Four stars for the great plain bagel and iced coffee and the very helpful lady owner. Bagels still can't surpass the Park Place Bagels chain though. Park on the street to avoid the super tight parking lot. Now for the bad. What a scary staff. Talk about poster boys for MS13. The only reason I used to overlook the super slow service, dirty tables and floor and über annoying bicycle posses on Saturday mornings was because Bagel Zone was the only bagel store in the neighborhood with tofu cream cheese for us non-dairy eaters.
