Went here for the first time this morning at 6:45am! Very well stocked and was surprised to see a variety of mini bagels- plain, sesame, poppy and cinnamon raisin- for only $1!!! The two men behind the counter were extremely friendly and even provided me with an itemized receipt upon request. Ordered a few bagels in a variety of ways and they were super quick & efficient! Also, prices are extremely reasonable. Bagel with cream cheese for $4! The best part is that it's on my way to work- I'll definitely be back! Ok. I'll go for it. This is a brand new store. There are lots of bagels. All sorts. Ask for which are hot and they will provide. A variety of hot and iced coffees, drinks, and other baked goods. Hot coffee is good, hot and robust enough. They also do sandwiches. It should be Bagels and Deli because there are lunch sandwiches in addition to bagels. Chicken cutlets and different kinds of chicken and tuna salads. Maybe someone can review those. I did not try these because I just want bagels. As you can see in the photos, many types of cream cheeses. I've had scallion, plain, veggie, and cinnamon raisin. All delicious and they provide a hefty shmear . They sell the cream cheeses as well as deli salads in the case to grab and go. Someone suggested they stock Temp-Tee as well. Yes, that is a good suggestion. It is also hard to find Temp-Tee these days. Still a shortage? There are regular and mini bagels. Flagels. Bialy. A small section with lox, whitefish salad. Someone asked for chopped liver. Another excellent suggestion. They are just starting out so hopefully they will add that and expand the appetizing section. Please sell the Poppy seeded Kaiser rolls too. Please bring them back because they are delicious. Poppy is a proper Kaiser that is crisp outside and with butter is wonderful, just like the blistered and flavorful bagel is from the malt syrup. The shop is completely renovated. Brand new store. Very friendly staff with swift service. You are in and out quickly. They take credit cards. read more

Great group of guys. They'll remember your favorite, I've been there 4 times in the past two months and they've been hospitable and really attentive. Bagels are fresh and so many variety of Cream Cheeses. I've been able to try any I want before making a decision. This bagel shop replaces the original H & R Bialy Bagels and Deli, or what used to have the code named Quaker Ridge Bagels, but is unfortunately very much inferior. The bagels are bad. What was god-like bagels previously has been replaced with some of the worst bagels I've ever eaten. The bagels taste undercooked. They are flavorless and very pale in color. They also lack toppings if you want an onion, everything, etc. I don't know for certain if they're undercooked but they certainly taste it. Maybe they're not boiled first. Maybe the dough recipe is just bad but regardless the bagels are not good, especially compared to the old store. They definitely didn't keep the recipe of the old owner. It appears the classic old oven and other appliances have been replaced. I've bought from here 5 different times over the past few months to see if there would be any improvement but unfortunately there has been none. The good - The inside is nicer, they have a proper deli now, and proper grill. Does this make up for the poor quality bagels? No. Absolutely not. This is why I'm only giving it 2 stars. Today I ordered an egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel with salt/pepper and they FORGOT the cheese as well as the salt/pepper even though I said it twice. This isn't the first time they have botched my order. Instead of writing it down to ensure they get the order correct, they don't. It's so frustrating cause when I get home with my order which consists of 4-5 bagel orders is when my family and I realize that they've messed up the order yet AGAIN! I'm done! read more

Attempted this bagel place twice and really want it to succeed. First attempt was a toasted everything bagel with tuna and whole wheat with lox spread. The everything bagel might as well have been plain as it lacked almost everything. It tasted more like a store bought frozen bagel than a fresh out of the oven. The tuna was fine and the lox spread ok. Went back again in hopes of a better experience and ordered a standard bacon egg and cheese but were duped with sausage instead of bacon. The bagel was overall flavorless. Certainly miss the bagels of the previous owner. The service was pleasant and the place looked clean. I hope the reconsider their recipe and do better with the obvious lack of everything seasoning. read more

Bread shaped like bagels; other baked goods are just ok. Prices are absorbent and vary by visit. Too bad they couldn't work it out with the prior ownership to continue a place that should not have ceased operations. No fault to the front counter crew that are all hardworking. read more

Totally Meh! In all honesty, I cannot recommend this as a place to get bagels or appetizing products. Everything is totally mediocre.

Everything bagel is incredibly flavorless, no salt, hardly any seasoning and the butter does not even begin to compare to the original store. The pink lemonade is good though and the workers are nice but food is not. read more
